The beds in our room where squeaky and we believe the one was broken. They were vrry uncomfortable and we dod bring it to the attention of the staff. We even had them come up to our room 615 so they could note the issue. To date we have not been contacted even though we wete told they would. We were told that because we booked our stay through Expefia they coukd not give us any feimbursement and they were not sure how they would address this, but they would and we woukd be called back. It has now been 5 days amd we still haven' t heard back from them. We will be contacting them by Monday to follow up. Our plane landed late and we were barely there for 8 hours, all we wanted was some sleep before catchong our plane the next day as we took the 6:30 am shuttle back to the airport.
