Neighborhood is very shady. Staff was not efrective

There was no noise block in the room. We could hear clearly and loudly what’s going on outside of our room. Elevator was very slow (ave. wait time around 5min up or downstairs). Good side: Staff was nice and helpful.

Loved the room. It was very comfortable and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean, the bathroom was very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good as it was closed to things around it. Amenities could have been better for instance, the breakfast was not what expected, the gym was mediocre. All in all it was not a bad experience.
