Location was awesome ,very close to subway which takes you in minutes any where in Newyork,great common area with kettle and microwave

Any time you consider staying at a Hostel you are a free-minded traveler and prepare for the worst. However, this Hotel is not bad. The location is not terrible, the accommodations are good, the front desk employees are the shining spot! They are super nice, helpful and always smiling. I decided to stay here because I had arrived a night before my wife was to show up and I was going to surprise her from my business trip (she thought I was still in Curacao for work). I got lucky with 3 other bunk mates who were quiet and friendly. This was off the radar enough that she would not figure out my plan to surprise her in the city. Well everything went perfectly, our weekend in the city was cold but amazing and it all started off on the right foot at this hostel. Thank you.
