Hotel a Dive
This hotel was a complete dive, disgusting! I’ve never stayed in a more horrible filthy disgusting hotel. We had to check the bed to make sure there wasn’t bedbugs. You should be ashamed to list this hotel on your webpage, it was deceiving and how can Wyndham associate their name with such a dump.

Horrible and unsafe
The room was in a very poor condition: no fire alarm, the bathroom had lots of mold, the tub had several gooey mats and unuseable.. the dresser had missing/broken pieces, broken tv stand, cracked peeling paint walls. Not a 3-star. Would not give it any star!

Extremely run down, the window only locked with a bar, the door was barely secure, the tub was cracked, and the ceiling was coming down.

Went out to New Haven CT for a quick visit. Wanted something affordable for the night. Soon as i get there you get the feel that the place is a dump. My room specifically felt like a vagrant just left before i came. The fridge had a half drunken coors light, bed had cigarette burn marks, and the bathroom was dirty. This is hands down the worse experience at a hotel. Lesson learned! When booking a hotel, spend the extra hundred dollars and assure that your stay will be clean and hospitable. Super 8 in New Haven is a complete dump! I would rather sleep in my car for the night!

The first room we went to missed a security locck at the door,the second room in which we were transferred to was so dirty and dusty that my wife had to use a wet towel to clean up everything since we were already there…

DO NOT STAY THERE!!! De ceiling in the shower was coming down. The towls were not changed and super dirty! The floor had hair for someone else everywhere. The door did not close propoerly. There was a constant draft in the room, we had to heat the room. The toilet did not flush propoerly and the soap was used before!

We left within five minutes after attending a festival and despite it being in the middle of the night. We decided to drive home exhausted. There were bugs crawling on the bed and table when we turned on the light. The staff was very accommodating with a refund.

We booked through Expedia and upon arriving at the hotel we find out that they booked us a smoking room. Was never told that when we booked or I would have found another place. The Hotel is pretty run down. The staff was very nice and tried to help as much as possible even agreeing not to charge us if we found another place.

The hotel shakes every 30 minutes. As soon as you enter it smells like strong trash and cigarette. the non-smoking room I have smells horrible, the refresher they used is disgusting. The bathroom looks terrible, I am not sure if I wanna ever use the bathroom or no. The cups they left for coffee are in a dirty basket. The TV is old as hell

Horrible hotel
The most disgusting place I have ever seen. I immediately left the premises and went somewhere else. The pictures were outdated and I felt unsafe there. Do not waste your money here. I was out my money but not worth staying there. Just plain dirty everywhere

Super sketchy area, and the hotel was beyond dirty! I have asked the receptionist upon my arrival if the place was for families, he immediately offer to cancel the reservation….he suggested I looked inside the room and hinted it would be better for us to cancel….which we did and went somewhere….

I gave this place x2 stars only because it is obvious when you reserve here that it will not be a nice place. There is nothing good about this place, save maybe the price. Stairway smells like cat pee, stairs creak like they will fall apart, rugs are x15 years past when they should have been thrown out.

Not a hotel it’s MOTEL
We only stay 1 hour. The smell was horrendous and this is not a hotel this was a rundown motel. I was shock how ancient the TV was. We had to leave and find another hotel to sleep. The pictures they show on the portal the rooms do not come close to it.

The hotel was very dirty. Sink in bathroom was coming off the wall. Ceiling tile in bathroom was damaged. Water in shower ran into an open hole in the wall. Concern for black mold inside the wall. Many windows had drapes coming off the track. No screens on windows. No on site coffee or snacks. not even a chair in our room. Only sitting was on the bed.One soda machine outside of hotel. Hotel appeared to have many transient, residential guests. Children picked up by school bus.Given a key but the lock on the door mostly did not work. Interior looked nothing like pictures we saw when we booked. Did notice a police presence patrolling.

This property needs complete renovation. When I checked in the key didn’t work. Manager needed two replacements to get one that worked. In the room, the bathroom fan vent didn’t work, the tv didn’t work and they were not able to repair it. The deadbolt didn’t work. The air conditioner was on cool and couldn’t be regulated. The lamps didn’t all have bulbs. If I wanted light I had to unscrew a bulb from another lamp. There was a dining room but no breakfast. I complained. The desk manager said he would credit part of my rate but didn’t. The AM guy didn’t know anything about it, so there was no credit. Perhaps mine was the only room like it, but I doubt it. I couldn’t leave fast enough.
