Hotel was in a good area and was clean with a very polite and helpful staff, also great wi-fi connection but room was very small and bed was kind of old and uncomfortable .

Very modern hotel, great location
Very nice modern hotel. Very clean, new, and comfortable. Great hotel staff! Great location, 10 min walk from main rail road station "Moskovskii". 2 min walk to Main Street "Nevskii prospect". Rooms are a little bit small, we are family of 4 with 2 small children, but we made it work! Only one problem is no ramp for suit cases , need to carry them on the stairs, luckily our room was on the first floor . Breakfast was very good, everything you need for the morning, always so fresh! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and will stay there again!

Good location, not bad hotel
The hotel location is great (only a few minutes from the Metro and Moscow Train Station). The hotel itself was okay, superior room booked and it was adequate although a few items (iron and kettle) missing. All breakfast is delivered to your room with a 30 minute pre-booked slot, although fairly limited breakfast menu what was there was okay. Room service was good (good quality food) - although not the fastest. The stairwell leading to the upper floor rooms is an area for improvement, this area was dirty and subject to works, with strong cigarette fumes in this area... taking the lift partially alleviates this. In comparison the remainder of the hotel is in good condition and clean.

Отличный отель.
Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Поддерживается чистота и порядок в номерах и в отеле в целом. Номер был в хорошем состоянии, мебель и предметы интерьера дополняют стиль отеля. Всё, что было заявлено в описании присутствовало.

Classic minihotel
Next to Nevski Prospect but still quiet. Can't recommend for people who has a knee problems - Lot of steep stairs. Personnel was really friendly and helpful.

Все очень понравилось:) район, чистота, сервис. Вот если бы еще ватные палочки были:)) было бы вообще замечательно:)) но в любом случае, я теперь знаю, где останавливаться в Санкт-Петербурге. Рекомендую.

Cosy hotel and great service
Hotel was nice and cosy, we really like the room. Staff was really helpfull also before our Stay. Only short minus was breakfast instead of having it in our room (witch is also nice) we prefer buffet BF! Location was bit far from main sights, but metro station was close. This hotel went straight to my TOP 5 list!

Tolles Boutique Hotel in zentraler Lage
Sehr gutes Boutique Hotel in guter Lage beim Moskauer Bahnhof. Metrostation um die Ecke. Personal sehr nett und zu vorkommend und sprechen gut Englisch. Zimmer auf den Innenhof zwar nicht allzu gross aber gut eingerichtet und sehr ruhig mit allem was es braucht. Das Highlight für Raucher: Der kleine Balkon auf der Strassenseite mit Bar Service !

Highly recommended!
Fantastic location near Nevski Prospect. Polite and very professional staff who speak good English. Hotel is clean and rooms spacious. Wifi works well. They serve breakfast to rooms and you get to choose every morning what you want. I will definitely stay here everytime in St. Petersburg.

교통수단, 중심지에 위치한 꽤 위치 좋고 깨끗한 곳
늦은 시간 다녀도 안전할 만큼 중심지에 있고, 쇼핑은 3분 정도 나가면 왠만한 브랜드가 다 준비되 있다. 기차 버스 지하철 모두 5분 거리에 있는 위치가 좋다. 객실은 사진 그대로이며 깨끗하다. 다만 방음이 조금 부족하다.

Best location and personal attention
The hotel is small, but according to what I was looking for. Also it is corresponding to the paid price. The best location, very near to nice cafes, restaurants, bars and just one block to the most important street in St. Petersburg. Adding to this we had the best personal attention from Nikita, he was all the time willing to help, which he did by helping us with calling the taxis and even getting us the best rate! He was so concerned we were having a great time.

Hotel sehr zentral (und trotzdem ruhig), gemütlich. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch Frühstück ok (man muss nur ausreichend bestellen.

Pieni hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla. Lähistöllä kaikki tarvittava. Avulias henkilökunta puhuu englantia. Aamiaisen saa samaan hintaan joko omaan huoneeseen tai aamiaishuoneeseen. Matkatavaroiden kantamisessa autettiin. Kannattaa varata sisäpihan huone jos katumelu häiritsee. Hauskana lisänä suihkumusiikki :)

Trivelig hotell med god standard
bra hotell med bra beliggenhet. Eneste minuset er at hotellet er veldig lytt mellom rommene. Vi hørte veldig godt hva som foregikk på naborommet til enhver tid. Hotellet ligger rett ved metrostasjonen som er veldig nyttig. Kan forøvrig anbefale å heller benytte seg av Uber som er veldig rimelig og enkelt. Jeg må si at jeg aldri har opplevd et så vennlig og serviceinnstilt personale! De er helt fantastiske og nesten litt for hjelpsomme - av og til angret vi på at vi ba om hjelp fordi det nesten ble for mye styr :) 5 minutters gåavstand fra hotellet ligger en restaurant som heter Amacorde med veldig god italiensk mat.

מאכזב.
הגענו בשעות הערב ,קיבלו אותנו יפה אך חדר שהוקצה עבורנו היה רק לזוג כאשר ההזמנה הייתה לזוג ושני ילדים גדולים כלומר ארבע מיטות ובחדר הייתה רק מיטה זוגית אחת. פקיד הקבלה עשה לנו "טובה" והכניס לחדר הקטן גם כך שתי מיטות קפיץ עבור הילדים.התיאור בעת ההזמנה היה מוטעה ומטעה התאכזבנו מאד שאחרי שעות רבות בדרכים נאלצנו להשלים עם מצב זה למשך שבעה לילות (שהייה ארוכה למדיי), המלון לא ערוך לקבלת אנשים כמספר החדרים, במלון לא קיים חדר אוכל ומי שמזמין ארוחת בוקר יכול לאכל אותה בחדר או בבר בלובי הכולל שלוש שולחנות עגולים קטנים, בחדר השינה היה קשה מאד לאכל את ארוחת הבוקר בשל הצפיפות. הצוות נעים ומאד שירותי ניסו לעשות כמיטב יכולתם לרצותינו. לדעתנו קיימת הטעייה בעת ההזמנה כיוון שהחדרים כלל לא מתאימים להלנת משפחות וחבל שכך יצא.

Abzug beim Komfort, weil man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Sonst war alles einwandfrei. Frühstück bekommt man wahlweise auch aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Erittäin siisti ja hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva hotelli. Henkilökunta osaa pääosin hyvin englantia, mutta nuoruus ja kokemattomuus näkyy. Tämä ei kuitenkaan vaivannut. Mutta: varasin huoneen kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle lapselle. Palvelu antoi kahden hengen huoneen mutta ymmärsin, että siihen tulee lisävuoteet koska varausvahvistuksessakin luki 4 persons. Näin ei kuitenkaan ollut, vaan huone oli kahden hengen ja vasta paikalle tultuamme sinne tuotiin lisävuode joka hädintuskin mahtui. Toinen lapsista joutui nukkumaan aikuisten välissä. Mikäli olisimme olleet kahden liikkeellä antaisin kuitenkin arvosanaksi 4,75. Suosittelen siis lämpimästi,mutta jos haluaa 4 hengen huoneen pitää varata kaksi huonetta jotka voidaan yhdistää. Aamupala tarjoillaan huoneeseen, se on hyvä ja runsas.

편리한 위치 하지만....
메트로와도 가깝고 번화가와 인접해있어서 위치는 상당히 좋음. 객실 청결상태도 좋고 특히 아침식사를 객실로 배달와서 좋았음. 하지만 객실 조명이 전반적으로 어둡고 객실내에 스틸워터, 케틀, 냉장고가 없는게 아쉬움.

Utmärkt hotell med mycket centralt läge
2 min promenad till Nevskij Prospekt, 2-5 min till Metrolinjerna 1,3 & 4. Perfekt utgångspunkt om man vill uppleva staden till fots. Hotellet är litet och ligger en trappa upp utan hiss. Rummen är tysta, rena och snyggt och funktionellt inredda (ser ut som på bilderna). Frukost på rummet om man så önskar, utan extra kostnad. Personalen talar utmärkt engelska och är mycket vänliga och tillmötesgående. Roomservicen är snabb. Bra och mycket prisvärt utbud av extra tjänster (som visasupport, flygplatstransfer och minibar!). Saker som som man bör vara medveten om är att WiFi, som är gratis, inte är särskilt stabil, att sängarna är mycket fasta och att hiss saknas. Men jag rekommenderar verkligen det här mycket prisvärda hotellet och jag kommer definitivt att återvända vid alla resor till St Petersburg.

Martin on pieni boutique hotelli, joka on äskettäin renovoitu, rauhallinen ja tyylillä sisustettu. Henkilökunta on nuorta ja palvelualtista ja puhuu auttavasti Englantia ja myös Ranskaa. Internet-yhteydessä parantamisen varaa, samoin aamiaisen laadussa. Tuoreet hedelmät loistivat poissaolollaan. Pienistä puutteista huolimatta suositeltava hotelli, jolla erinomainen sijainti kävelymatkan päässä päänähtävyyksistä ja metro ja bussipysäkit aivan vieressä.
