The sheets were old and had bumps on them from fabric balling up. The rooms were noisy with people walking around late into the night and dogs barking. The people at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants in the area

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast. It was difficult to enter the property and we had trouble regulating the heat. The room was very cold when we entered and too warm when we put the heat on.

We stayed here one night on our road trip out west. Pool temp was good. Hot tub was working. Staff was attentive. Breakfast options are the usual but we didn't encounter any issues and left with full stomachs. We enjoyed our quick overnight stay.

TV got "hung up" last day so leaving anyway. Great breakfast variety with meat eggs potatoes waffles biscuits and cold stuff. Friendly staff but understaffed. Could hear people talking in adjacent room possibly due to change from carpet to hard floors. Rolled up towel to block noise and was fine then. Personally we prefer a little softer mattress and pillows. Overall would use again, but book direct to avoid deposit hold. Be aware 9 pm close pool - nice if at least 10 pm.

Had an apparently reoccurring problem with the desk chairs (stuck at child level) that was quickly resolved. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great for road trips. Or a home base for seeing the area and attractions

The staff were very friendly, but there were some issues with the room. The room was very cool when we got there, so I went and turned the unit on and set it to 72 degrees. After awhile it became extremely hot, so I went and turned it down to 65, and it just kept heating. I finally turned it down to 58 and it would keep it at about 74 in the room. A little warm for us, but manageable. In the mean time, my wife went to the bathroom and found feces splatters on the toilet seat, which she just washed off because she need to go after 10 hours on the road. Their were other signs of not being well cleaned...drink rings on tables, grubby floors and tub, etc. We took showers and the tub drained so slow that it was ankle deep by the time each of us were done. There were dispensers on the wall for soap, conditioner, and shampoo but there was nothing in them. Obviously we left with a very bad impression of Best Western and will probably steer clear of them from here on out. At $143.00 dollars for the 7 total hours we were there, we really felt completely ripped of. We were just too tired when we got there to go through the pain of moving to a new room, and we left at 4:30 in the morning and no one was at the desk to complain to, so we just sucked it up and left. Very nice coffee setup however...

It's been better
I have stayed here before and had a really great stay. This time was a little less than ideal. Had some difficulty with the checkin process with the front desk person and the construction happening made the hallway pretty gross to walk down.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is not new but always comfortable and the staff is always very welcoming. There are a few things to expect in an older hotel. The shower drain was very slow, the shower head was partially blocked. The a/c worked but the fan didn’t stay on when asked. All-in-all it is a good place to stay. I’m sure we will be back next time we travel.

While traveling we had a great stay at Best Western Heritage Inn. We stayed twice while visiting family for the holiday. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The Best Western sits a little away from highway, so area is quiet. Check In was quick and easy. Also very friendly staff. They also serve a breakfast in the morning before departure. We didn’t take advantage of because we left early. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Overnight stay while traveling. Stayed at this property previously & had a good experience. This visit was the same. The hotel is in the middle of some renovations and I think we had one of the renovated rooms - it was very nice. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel very well maintained; great value. Spacious room with separate sitting area and kitchenette. Great quality mattress. Full breakfast was delicious. We appeeciated the Level 2 car charger which allowed us to fuel up overnight at a very reasonable cost and leave in the morning with a full charge.
