"This was our first time staying at this hotel. I traveled with my daughter and husband over spring break. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff members were extremely friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our free breakfast every morning. Parking was easy. And the location was ideal! Just 10 minutes from the Monterrey aquarium and 10 minutes to Carmel! We are definitely going back next time! "

"When we checked in, we were disappointed to find we did not have a balcony as the photo in the room we reserved showed. However, the rest of the trip was wonderful. The pool was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and very nice. Great customer service really nice brunch at the restaurant even had bikes on site to rent. We will definitely stay here again."

"We were greeted by a friendly young women at the desk, she was very helpful, had info on places to eat in the area. We ate locally per her suggestion and where very pleased. The parking lot was a little tight, but worked out well."
