The front desk staff is unfriendly. By 4pm the trash inside my room had not been removed. When I informed the front desk staff I am checking out a day earlier than anticipated, no check out was processed. No receipt was given. Instructed to call Expedia first then call them. Still no check

Stayed here 1. Night, room was clean but the bed sucked it was hard and lumpy. I had a room by the elevator so it was load most of the night.

The room was a nice size and offered a kitchenette area. The bed was comfortable as well. I didnt like how easily sound traveled through the walls and the smell of the room was not fresh. It did not smell bad but was slightly unpleasant. A used air freshner and it was fine.

The place was average in terms of clean. This was the cheapest ran hotel i have ever stayed in. Consumables were of the cheapest category available . We ended up going to wal mart and buying our own toilet paper and napkins. Stayed two nights…. No one ever refreshed trash cans, gave fresh towels, or cleaned the room. Kitchen was unuseable due to lack of dishware and utensils.

Our room was not cleaned - we were told that we had to request it! No food available- breakfast was a joke! Place smelled of chemicals- cleaning? Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone .
