Our stay at The Treasury on Collins was absolute epic in its perfection. From the minute we checked in at the front desk with Carl until check out, everything was above and beyond our expectations. Carl kindly treated us to beverages when we arrived way too early. People can make all the difference and this is especially true for Treasury on Collins: Carl and Haries are Ambassadors of Hospitality. These two gentlemen added so much to our trip from making sure our suite was perfect to acting as our personal concierges and travel advisors. We followed their recommendations and reaped the benefits. Our suite was always spotless and stocked with everything we needed. The Housekeeping staff is truly top notch. The Chef provided an outstanding, delicious hot breakfast buffet every day. The other staff at breakfast always made sure we had everything we needed and cheerfully kept everything well stocked and clean. The complimentary “happy hour” (aka Wine Down) was such a treat. We looked forward to it everyday to the point we tried hard not to miss it. We especially enjoyed our chats with Haries at Happy Hour. The location of the hotel was excellent for access to all we wanted to see. The size of the suite was impressive as were all of the amenities it contained. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it a few days. Kudos to Treasury on Collins, Carl, Haries, Andrew and all of the team there. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone.

We loved our stayed at the Treasury on Collins. The rooms are fantastic as are the facilities. Location is so handy to everything and the staff were all extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Melbourne.

TOC is reliable a place to stay as any in Melbourne CBD. They have a good breakfast every morning on the mezzanine level, as well as a wine down each evening between 4 and 6pm. Note though if have not booked directly through their website only your first drink is free. The rooms are clean and neat and well appointed.

Great value for a comfortable stay close enough to everything yet providing a peace and quiet retreat. The building is old which means the walls are thick and rooms are well distanced. I never heard any of the neighbors, and since my room was not street facing, the lack of street noise outshined the lack of view. Other highlights: free Netflix, free breakfast, beverages and snacks available throughout the day, the wine down wine tasting, Molten Brown toiletries, comfy couch and chairs, and friendly staff. Can improve: the elevated floor in the bed area makes some sounds when walking in certain areas. The vent cover above the toilet was not aligned well making whooping sound but I was able to adjust it myself so problem solved

The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD area. Shopping areas, train stations and tram stops are easy to access. Staff are friendly, accomodating and approachable. Loved it!

AMAZING. A fantastic historic building in the centre of the City. Check in from Alisha was great and all the staff we talked to and met were professional and knowledgeable. The room was amazing and felt 7 star with some nice touches. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting sophistication at a reasonable price.

Lovely apartment/hotel within the old bank building. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need to stay on a travelling trip. There is a kitchenette if you want to dine in with microwave, hob, coffee machine, fridge. Plus a washer/dryer which was super helpful for catching up with washing. Breakfast had plenty of choice and much was offered including cooked breakfast, pastries, chai pudding, Bircher, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt plus make your own pancake machine! You could also go grab a tea/coffee/soft drink plus some snacks anytime before 10pm which was a nice bonus. Definitely recommend ‘Treasury on Collins’ as a fab place to stay in Melbourne.

Fabulous stay for our wedding anniversary. Stylish hotel and very spacious room. Hotel staff made us very welcome and the 4-6pm wine bar was just awesome! The hotel did not cut back on anything so it was in our opinion, a luxurious stay!

Our second stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff are so nice and really make you feel like family. Room was very comfy and super clean. Breakfast is perfect and we enjoyed the “wine down” in the afternoons. Will definitely be coming back. Thank-you especially to Harris for the excellent service and restaurant recommendations. Hotel position is also excellent and very useful for access to restaurants and the trams are only 100 metres away.

I liked the stay and recommend the place. I did have some hassle because the water to the room had been cut off for some reason and it took a while to sort it out, which messed my evening up a bit. I’d thought the hotel might have offered a discount or a something to reflect the inconvenience, but they didn’t, which was a bit of a surprise. But they were good in other ways, so I let it slide.

Harry checked us in We were early. Our room was ready early. What a blessing. The Welcome Letter was very charming. I ask the conseairge on duty to get a us taxi to the Crown Hotel. "He said no taxi would take us that small distance. Harry was tending bar. I was in tears, very tired. Said to Harry. H e said of course you can get a cab. He got us a cab and said if anything changes I will check on you. Numbers has changed and Harry came down ro be sure we were in the right taxi. Please recognize Harry. There was a a slight young man that was at the Bar at.4:00 pm. He knew all about Rotary. He made sure that the bubbly had bubbles

Treasury On Collins - perfect City stay apartment. The staff, everyone from the housekeeping to the Manager were amazing, helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgable. They cant do enough for you. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfy. The buffet breakfast was brilliant with a large selection of food and to top it off wine down every evening with a free glass of wine! Central to Melbourne shopping, dining and right outside is the tram stop, which in Melbourne central area is free! Thank you Treasury on Collins, we had a wonderful stay with you and will be back next time in Melbourne.
