I just spent one night at this hotel but it provided what I needed. Nice room, good breakfast, convenient location and friendly staff.

It was close to a train station, shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff. The reception area was on the second floor.

Great staffs and locations. However some amenities such as slippers, toothbrush are not provided for free and they cost few dollars. Occasionally there are ants coming out from the gap on the ground around the bathroom area. Understand it is not about cleanliness but about quality of inroom construction.

Buyer beware! The website advertises that parking is available. There is no information regarding the cost of the parking. Melbourne can now claim the most expensive hotel parling to add to its lists of fame. The property charges $60.00 per day! You can park nearby for $30 per day which seems much more reasonable for city parking.

Great place to stay for a short stay in the city. Everything you want is near the hotel and easily be walked to. Room was very clean and very affordable for where it is located. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I'm ever in Melbourne.
