Lovely stafff on arrival and departure. Very accommodating and helpful. Located opposite tram station snd a 5 minute walk to train station where u can catch a train into the city and be there in 20 minutes. Also 20 minutes from terminal 4 airport. Perfect. The room was clean,maybe a little dated but suited us perfectly.

It was a budget stay. The air con was only blowing out warm air. I lifted the front of the air con to see 2 filters that were very dirty and didn’t seem to be in the correct position. The emote control had no back to t. The lights in the room didn’t have globes in them and the one that did have a globe didn’t work about the bed head. The main light in the bathroom is ready to fall off. The door to the bathroom doest close as the closing mechanism is jammed inside the door. The hanging rail on the wall near the tables and chairs is just about ready to fall off The actual room looked very clean and presentable when I first walked in with a lovely mural on the wall above the bed. Good little fridge /coffee tea & biscuits. It was a pleasant stay with great staff it just needs some maintenance done that’s all.

Would like bigger tv that got all tv channels and more comfortable mattress with more padding. Accommodation is old and tired but convenient comfortable and well priced. Rooms could do with sound proofing

Firstly we booked a room with Queen bed and single bed. From the airport we arrived about 1am to find a room upstairs with horrible stairs, get into the room to find 3 single beds. First error. My son is over 6 ft tall so this was a huge problem, his feet hung over the edge all night. The mattresses were rock hard so neither of us slept well. 3am the smoke alarm went off and woke us both.Next morning when my son had his shower he noticed toothbrush, soap wrappers etc etc on the top ledge. i’m short so when i had my shower i could easily see the soap wrapper. Very poor.. Management were informed, we were offered breakfast but we did not have any time for that but offered no part refund or discount on any further booking. very poor service.

Hi MaureenSo sorry to hear about this. I have reviewed your booking which was indeed for a Triple Room which is 3 singles. Your special request was for a queen and a single which is a bit contradictory to the booking however someone should have seen this and notified you of the error. We have noted the housekeeping issues and apologise for this. All smoke alarms batteries were recently replaced as a part of regular process, in doing so we have had a few issues but all are Ok now. We took over the Motel 4 months ago and pride ourselves on high levels of service. We are disappointed on this occasion we weren't up to scratch but your feedback helps us improve.Thanks Again and if you feel like to discussing any further please don't hesitate in callingPeter

This property was located to where I needed to be for a work function early the following morning. My room was dated but it was clean and had everything I required to be comfortable. I stayed here a few years ago and I have noticed an improvement on the rooms (the room I stayed in anyway). I would stay here again.

I booked this for my Father in Law after his flight was cancelled and needed a place late at night. Not sure who worked that night (I should have asked their name) but they stayed up late (past 10pm) waiting for his arrival and made the effort to keep me informed. Can't thank them enough. An older property with outdated rooms and facilities, but it is clean and comfortable which is all I needed for one night. It has all the usual facilities within the room, tea/coffee, television, new split system, fridge etc. Check in and out was quick and easy. Tram stops very close by and the train station is a 5-10 minute walk. Very good location for where I needed to be that night.
