The apartment was large with a wonderful view of Docklands and the city. The apartment is looking a bit worn, needs to be properly maintained/ cleaned/updated. The heating was very noisy. BUT we really did enjoy our stay. Beds very comfy.

Easy to book. The AKOM rep Serena was very helpful, both when we booked and during our stay. Great location and views. Apartments were very nice and well equipped. Definitely stay again.

Great location and well set out apartment
The apartment we stayed in was clean and well set out. Sarina from AKOM apartments was our contact, she was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The shower was a little outdated but still clean and ok. The apartment was quiet and you could not hear other people in their own apartments at all. Docklands has many restaurants and eating places in the vicinity and trams are within about 100m from the apartment that take you directly into the city center for free. We would happily stay here again and will do so on our next visit to Melbourne.

Wonderful and good size 2 bedroom self serviced apartments with amazing views of the city, stadium and water. Location was very convenient with free trams outside and grocery stories within walking distance. Big shout out to Serena for being such an amazing host. Very quick responses, extremely helpful and even gave us free pizza as the oven was not working. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended!

Location is fantastic, Room sizes are generous, Office staff very helpful. Only improvement would have been some additional kitchen equipment given that it sleeps 6 for example the cafetiere was small. But overall a great and comfortable place to stay

The view was lovely. Some minor maintence issues , such as dishwasher leaking all over ground. Beds were comfy and clean. In a great location . The fact they take the bond out of your account right away makes me wary, I hope it is returned ASAP. Most places don’t actually take the money out ...

Great position and view of Docklands. Close to local shops and restaurants. Free tram to CBD. Unit was beautiful but bring your own microwave dishes. Well stocked with all other amenities. Friendly staff. If coming from airport without a car the Skybus goes express to Docklands and a 5 minute walk to office we were told a longer way

Room 2103. Only thing good about apartment was view from balcony. No fans, 1 air con unit in lounge. Apartments has not been maintained. Carpet had stains. Rooms were small. Shower near main bedroom had water temps that ranged from scolding hot to cold. Blinds in Lounge room were verticals that blew in wind of door open for fresh air. Needs updating. Room badly needs maintenance.

Whilst the space and the view was lovely, our apartment was very tired needing a refresh, bed matresses very old and sagged in the middle. Right next to a service alley with trucks beeping and coming and going all night. With a function centre next door, also loud music and constant people talking in the alley. No sound proofing on windows so very hard to sleep. Not worth the money we paid for it.
