Fantastic place to say and eat/sleep. I was on my way to Cebu to leave and ended my month lang stay here and loved the staff, the food and the hospitality!!!! Highly recommend! Everything you need is at the hotel. Pool Bar is excellent!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service of the attendants, housekeeping, and security personnel, every encounter was pleasant and professional. However, one aspect that could use improvement is the washroom exhaust system. Despite the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room, I noticed that the washroom tended to get quite humid after a shower, particularly with hot water. It would be beneficial if the exhaust system could be enhanced to alleviate this issue. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciate the efforts of the staff to make it memorable. With a slight improvement in the washroom conditions, this hotel would be even more exceptional.

This is a tourist hotel for families. Not for business visitors. The breakfast buffet is like something out of the movie Beyond the ThunderDome. Rooms are ok. Like the coffee shop outdoors.

Stayed at Bai Hotel 3/03/24-3/05/24 but had an early check out on 3/04 at 8pm due to my flight being at 12am on 3/05. All of the staff including front desk, dining, housekeeping & Jason who helped with my luggages were super nice and helpful. However, upon check out on my way to the airport I received a call from the hotel saying the alarm clock was missing and I was being accused of taking it. I’ve traveled and stayed at many chain hotels such as Marriot, Hilton, & Hyatt and have never been accused of taking anything from the room. I was highly disappointed and mad that I was being accused of taking an alarm clock! I was heading home to the USA, why would I take or need an alarm clock? There was never an alarm clock in my room to begin with. I told them that if anything was missing, to check with their own staff. Prior to checking out of the room, the man who came to checked the room asked me to stepped out of the room before checking in which I thought was unnecessary. Maintenance also came into my room to fixed the power outage in my room without my presence. There were multiple people who came inside my room during my stay so any of them could’ve taken the alarm clock. If you’re planning to stay at Bai Hotel, make sure to take a video of your room upon arrival for proof of what was in your room before checking out!!!

Dont let the cheaper room rates fool you. Everything on the hotel property is expensive. San Miguel 210 pesos. Plain reg salad 450 pesos. Everything on hotel block is owned by hotel-restaurants, coffee shop etc. To go elsewhere reguires taxi or grab. Nice staff, ok rooms. Clean. Over the top security.

There are parts of the surrounding area that's unusual like the old container vans, and I hope there will be walkways for clients who wants to walk towards the mall so it'll be safer.

I did not like the experience my mother had in this hotel. I surprised my mom for a staycation and they gave her a room with an unpleasant view of the back of a building. The front desk that was trying to help my mom while I was on the phone with her is not approachable and looked irritated everytime we have questions. The buffet was okay and overpriced.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bai Hotel. This is my favorite place to stay because of the amazing employees:). Check-in is always a very smooth process. Excellent staff service and the food qualify is excellent. The pool was awesome on the 21st floor but the property is super busy with families so if you want a lap swim early morning is best when it opens. Cafe was super awesome being from Seattle. The gym is also very nice with lots of treadmill. Note that the business center is closed on weekends and other than that the place is madhouse of guests so if you are looking more of a quiet place to stay I recommend the Radisson Blu.
