It's my 3rd or 4th times back to this hotel when i visit Melaka.

Our regular place but this time the pillows not so comfortable. Seems to be old pillows.
Power failure middle of the nite and next morning no water supply. Early checked out due to water. Told counter and the person just said , “yes we have water problem since last nite.” Just like that.

The staffs are friendly, and the room are clean.
The thing i don't like is the shower hose and the rain can't be fasten tight
if i don't want to use the rain shower.

Good stay. Room is clean. Breakfast is a bit messy, nobody seems to be clearing the plates and table. Probably under staffs.

When I made my booking on Expedia, it was reflected that free breakfast was provided. The counter lady also told us that we were eligible for free breakfast. But the breakfast counter told us that we aren’t eligible. There was food left at our door when we came and it wasn’t clean up even when we left the next day.

Good location, comfortable, nice and clean room. All good except for buffet breakfast and wifi. Buffet breakfast spread was quite limited, nothing to shout about. Wifi was super slow....

Its was a nice 2 nights stay and location was fantastic. I really like the confy pillows

Room is suitable for family with kids. Spacious enough. However, mold are everywhere in the toilet so its slightly dirty. Location is quite good also. Breakfast buffet spread is not too bad.

Room is clean. Just that, some of the pillows are too soft. The shutter screen is spoilt, nevertheless, it's ok as it's closed, not opened halfway..

Nice lobby. The room is decent for the price range. Just that the towels look old. The hotel should be more environmentally friendly by not changing the towel everyday. Give customer an option.

Arrived early. Was allowed to checked in early. Got a room with sea view. Area around hotel is getting populated with restaurants . Swimming pool was not maintained too well, water was murky
