Hotel is ok but there’s no towel available. Called for request at 4pm, they promised to send at 5pm, until 12am there’s no towel available. Called again, they’ll send the next morning, replacing with fave towel, some badly torn. Bad service.

I was very disappointed with the hotel once we check in the room was very smelly, the water heater not function, the air conditioning too. The bed got blood stains and the table was full of dust. It was I didn't stay at this hotel at all. I complained to front office they said they don't know anything we are so upset and straight away check out. They are u hope I can get the full refund I was very upset

our room has a double bed and two single beds which was perfect for my friends and myself. room was pretty clean and it was a good two nights stay. it would have been better if there was a fridge in the room

The bathroom is quite small so everything gets wet when you shower. I really loved the pillows though!

2 Nights in KOBEMAS Hotel
The registration process is good initially but a bit annoying when the front office staffs confused with my booking. They claim my booking is only for 1 room, but I insisted the room is for 2 rooms and 2 nights. Then they hestating to accept. After a while they again arguing on the number of day to stay, they are claim the booking that they recieved from expedia is only for 1 night for 2 rooms, then i show my email evidence with records with 2 rooms & 2 nights. I offer to them forwarding the confirmation email but they refused. And accept the facted. Check in into the room and feel comfortable, but during this world cup season, I would like to watch the world cup game in my room unfortunately I can't, due to some technical issue from hotel internal Television cabling. Its a bit frustated when call their front office the only option is to watch the game at their lobby area. So thats reason why am putting the hotel facilities & condition is disappointing rate. Overall its an average rated for this hotel for first time experience at KOBEMAS hotel

Isolated hotel in Malacca
The disappointment about the hotel has been mentioned and message to the hotel management. Nearby the hotel there is no convenience store and restaurant. There is one super small one in the ground floor. The staff were not really friendly when i checked in. The room was a disappoinment cz it smelled like it hasnt been occupied for ages. There are some other problems but i hope that the hotel management will improve for the comfort of exhausted travellers.

Clean hotel but improvement needed on food taste
Twin bed is a little to small (well cant expect much with the rate i paid). Not so friendly receptionist. Stayed for 3 night, breakfast food not so great (taste). But very clean hotel i must say.
