Stay in Ayer Keroh Melaka
Overall it was a good stay. Room was clean but the bedsheets were quite smelly. Noticed there was a cockroach at the sliding door. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel should be a 2-star rated as accommodation, facilities are not properly maintained. The ground staff is mediocore. Has the potential to be good but need strict regulation at the pool, cleanliness at the lobby and corridors.

Place a bit dated but properly maintained. Would be nice if they could do up a few things to make the place perfect. Example ventilation in the toilets. If they up lift the place a little they should be able to increase their rates. Young kids will definitely have a blast at this place.

The attraction is the water park only. The kids love it. The food for breakfast served were slow. By 8 in the morning, most of the foods were finished.

Tempat paling sesuai untuk mengembirakan anak2
Percutian yg seronok bersama family, sangat sesuai untuk yg berkeluarga terutama yg mempunyai anak kecil untuk mandi di taman tema air yg ada di sana.. Harga pun berpatutan.

Great for family
The place is great for family with kids. My kids really love the pool. They have indoor and outdoor playground, sandpit and arcade area too. The hotel also is near the Melaka zoo, Taman buaya and Mydin Mall. The downside - bathroom is not so clean and some of the trays were empty during breakfast. They took quite some time to refill them. When we finished our breakfast, some trays were still empty. Range of food were limited.

Hotel is old, can notice when u enter inside the room. Housekeeping is very helpful. They should change and upgrade the menu inside the room. The floor is tiles so hotel should provide slippers for the guest. The pool is amazing. The breakfast didn’t replenish even though it’s only 9am.

The pool's water is no so clean. The lobby lift area lighting no enough strong + smell problem My friend's bedroom, 1 is ceiling leaking, the other 1 room is smell problem.

The most I love about the hotel is the pool and the kids zone. My girls really enjoy it to the max. The room is big & comfortable. One thing, the breakfast was not so good.

this is first and last i stay in this resort. The breakfast is poor than i eat from the warung outside.The food is limit, no kuih and i can expect the type of food i eat breakfast. i pay RM30 for my children but the value i eat i less than RM5. The pool is good for children. Very interesting. But my room is not confort.Channel TV is limited,not clear at all. Pillow should be 4 if the bed is two but only two pillow. No hanger from resort at my closet. overall room and breakfast is bad. thats all..

Tiles in the kids pool were broken. Hope the hotel will fix the tiles. And please clean the pool in the night maybe after closing time. Do not clean while guests are still in the pool. I've seen hotels and resorts clean their pool after closing time and before opening time. Hotel is nearby with attractions, places to eat about 7 to 10 mins away from the hotel. Breakfast and lunch is just average only. It's a good hotel. Kids love the playground in and outside the pool.
