I liked the ever so kind receptionist who welcomed us on the first day with the biggest smile ever! I didn’t like the fact that the tv wasn’t clear. It feels like i was watching tv at my grandma’s house, i was only watching the screen with dotted pictures. My head hurts. We didn’t stay there for long , so I don’t think that we can comment anything further about the hotel. Thank you for your awesome service aitee!! ❤️

Room 230. 1. Air-cond too old - need 1 hour ++ just cool the room - hard to control temp 2. Staff smoke in the room and left over the cigarette bud on the ash try. 3. Was charge for heritage tax (dont know what the hell is that for, didn't bother to explain) 4. Using old Bed sheet - can see yellowish

Corridor lights were off at night when we were heading back to our room. We had to walk in the dark. Maybe they forgot they had guests in that section of the hotel, or they were trying to save electricity. Had to give a call for them to turn on the lights. Also, wifi didn't work the first time, and we had to contact the reception about it. Took some time before wifi was available.

Late booking but get cheapest price during school holiday. With breakfast too. Overall was so good. Mybe nx time will stay there if come visit Melaka.

Nice location but pure management
This hotel location is nice. But poor management. Checking should be done before guest come in. Door can’t open on the day of arrival have to call reception for assistant. Bathroom should be updated and not licking. Breakfast provided but no variety and outside food is 10 times better than the hotel.

Nice Hotel to stay
Located just after Ayer Keroh exit. Nearby attractions Taman mini Malaysia, Zoo malacca Mudin shopping mall but to go to center will take around 20-30 minutes. Car park near to hotel. Stayed double room . Price reasonable. Spacious, clean and good ambience. Toilet also clean and good water pressure. Self laundry outside the room at the center of building. Breakfast average but delicious. Swimming pool also at the center of building. Friendly staff. They gave complimentary wash of front windshield of my car. Thank you

Service was bad.
The room was like it has been unused for sometime. Mosquitoes were everywhere. We ended up asking for mosquito repellent from the front desk. Then we noticed there were a large stain on the bedsheets. Obviously they had not replace the bedsheets for sometime. We called the front desk (around 11pm) to ask for bedsheets replacement, but there was no one answering.

kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. quiet a distance from city centre but close to other tourist attraction like zoo, Butterfly & Reptile Sanctuary and Mini Malaysia & ASEAN Cultural Park Melaka. just 2 stories building without ELEVATOR.
