Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, fantastic location and a beautiful building. Only thing was our room smelled a little damp. Otherwise a lovely place to stay!

The hotel is located in an old mansion, with antique furniture and even its own little museum. A real jewel middle in old town Melacca.

Delightful hotel in the best part of the melacca world heritage site. Thankyou to the fellow reviewer for recommending the restaurant next door, it was first class. Go exploring in the hotel, it has its own history room as well as beautiful gardens.

Beautiful hotel with lots of cultural heritage set in middle of historic center of Malacca. Everything is walkable within 20 minutes. Room is clean and modern, staff attentive and friendly, and with excellent onsite services. A real gem!

It's a wow effect once you enter the front door. Be aware that you need to climb stairs despite an avail lift, because there are many split levels here and there. (also including climbing in and out of bath tubs)

Great location in Jonker Street area. It’s a good experience living in a Chinese shophouse with many antiques. We have stayed here twice, once 10 over years ago. It has kept its old charm. Standards varies in sizes, it’s small but you get two comfortable beds and a clean toilets. Windows are locked.

Nice hotel & great facade. Hotel's 1st floor decor was great. Staff & service level was great. Breakfast service & menu was good. However, lack of attention to detail. Floors were not well connected, there were many steps to navigate to get to our room. Room toilet was left running & unable to flush. A/C remote was difficult to use, there is no off button. Corridors were hot as these were open; worst when corridors windows were closed in the evening. Acoustics was bad with doors heard being closed & when people were walking through the corridors. Housekeeping had their radios on loud which worsen the noise level. We have breakfast in a side room; found the chairs & tables not clean; lots of dust. Overall a great hotel which is affected by attention to detail.

My Melaka home
Whenever in Melaka i try to stay here in this beautifully decorated hotel. Parking was full on one of our days and the hotel paid for our parking in near by lot. Nice breakfast with good variety. All staff are friendly and service oriented. Love this hotel and highly recommend it.

Super stay at great hotel
It was a great hotel with a lot of history and culture. The decor was spot on in line with the Peranakan style. Breakfast in the courtyard was simple and limited.Just that our room was a little small but lucky we had a window. Hotel rate was very reasonable and the location was smack in Jonker street which is very convenient. We discovered alot of hidden gems ie restaurants and cafes ie. Mamasitas and some relaxing massage parlours. Will definitely recommend Hotel Puri. Cheers

Heritage Charm
Charming heritage hotel with antiques and well preserved decor. Beds are heavenly comfort and rooms are well equipped. Impression not visible from outside but once you enter the amazement starts. Excellent walkable location so no car needed. Hotel has ample secured parking

So everyone should be super careful about health by staying in the hotel.

Overall was okey the stay with puri hotel. But, one of the room (twin room) i booked is not well maintained. First, the room air conditioning was poor. Changed to another room but the room shower was problematic. the water was too small to bath. Fortunately hotel side manage to rectify it.

Outside does not even come close to indicating the beauty, well preserved, beautifull antique collection inside. The courtyards and old well maintained architecture is very unique. Friendly staff, great Asian and Western breakfast buffet. Most comfortable bed and big room.

I think the place is amazing. My only feedback is the noise between the room. As I am able to hear conversation and private sounds from the room next to mind. I think that can be improved. And I think it’s important that customers privacy is respected and taken to consideration. Other than that, I love everything about the hotel. And will definitely return as a customer. Thanks

Beautiful hotel in heritage Melaka
Puri Melaka is in a beautiful heritage building with many lovely places to sit and admire the antiques, plants and water feature as well as the building itself. Our room was quite comfortable with enough lighting, storage space, and lovely linens on the beds. Plenty of hot water and strong air conditioning added to the comfort. Breakfast came with our room and was good. The hotel is is an excellent location to sights, dining and shopping in the heritage section of Melaka.

Beautiful boutique hotel near the city centre. Staff is nice and welcoming. Rooms are big and spacious, they could use a bit of a fix up, but remain nice and clean.
