Pleasant stay. Good value for money
The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with a bar. It is located in a quiet part of Melaka but there are many place to eat nearby and a shopping centre. You can easily walk to the historical centre and the river (around 15 minutes)

Worst experience,My past travel experience this hotel staying is un happy experience. For example: i was asking BREAD, Rotti canai (This is Malaysian Traditional Recipe),No Sir during breakfast, So immediately we went to Little India for mornig Break fast.

Good location but terrible bedsheet and pillow
Had to keep playing with the aircon settings to get the temperature. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. The only setback is the bedsheet and blanket are dirty and with hairs. The pillow case is also dirty. Location wise is near to Hatten Hotel and nearby there are many famous restaurants. Jonker street is 20mins walk though.

Staff not friendly . Check in time is 3pm n check out must be before 12 noon (already reminded you before check in ) I find is unreasonable . This is my first encounter for hotel booking . Look like this kind of service turn down customer like do not come again next time .,First time and last time . Cannot consider to come back even though the room is comfortable but lucky room is ok except very stingy , tissue paper n toilet paper left over from previous customer . We stay two nights and second day we ask for tissue paper . Housekeeper only give us some only . I find is not hygiene just to pass like that instead of a box . Anyway it will be my last booking and will not come back ..

The room look good. Breakfast so so only, no much choice not recommend for breakfast in the hotel. Gym room equipment no maintenance. Mostly gym equipment can’t function.

Awesome Experience
We enjoy every bit of our stay at this beautiful hotel and will plan to stay here again. Parking is easy and free at their huge private carpark. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The whole building is pretty and clean. All in-room amenities work and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. Above all, all of these come in a very competitive price setting while being so close and convenient to a lot of places of interest.

It’s well kept...and situated in a good location. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends. You have a wonderful staff, a Ms Irene, who went out of her way to mail me, a personal item I left behind.

Room is clean but both room 223 and 227 very NOISY sound insulation is very poor due to the room is besite the main road only ,WHOLE NIGHT CAN'T SLEEP..photo look like hight lever building but check in is only 3 lever shop lot..and my room number 227 water heater also not working..i stay so many hotel, this is most poor experience..after stay this hotel my next day very tired and no mood to enjoy my trip.

Average hotel, some room for improvement
- Check-in with the safe box broken, but does not affect me as I don't use hotel safe box after bad incident happened in Bangkok. - Card sensor lock malfunction 3 times during my 4 nights stay, reset my card twice and change of batteries once to get it going. - WIFI down for 4 times with 30-60 mins each time. - Receptionist doesn't display any sign of welcome, no smile or greeting. - Location is good, 8 mins walk to Mahkota Parade shopping mall (please note that the Giant Hypermart is closing soon). - Hotel breakfast though not much variety, its decent and nice, definitely a plus point. - Large room with King size bed, great! Overall, is good, for the breakfast, room size and location.

Great Hotel
The room is very spacious and nice! A lot of cupboard and spaces for your stuffs. However the tables have lots of fingerprints and very sticky, they are not cleaned properly. Outdoor hotel carparks, expect to get wet if it rains.

Hotel was below our expectation. There were coffee stains in the bathroom counter and the dressing table. Floor was unswept with dirt and hair all over the floor. We left our feedback with the man who checked us out at the hotel. He said he will log the complaint but we did not hear back from the manager. Disappointed!

The access card for door room is not working and had to use manual key throughout the stay. The breakfast is lousy with limited choice. The room is not sound proof that the traffic noise is quite evident especially after midnight.

Good location, but rundown
I've stayed in this hotel for many times, but it seems that the hotel needs to refurbished. My room is facing the city street, a bad choice. Very noisy as sound proof is bad. The only good thing is location.

I had a double room which is on level one old wing .... the window is facing the road is very noisy... every vehicle drives pass u can missed it... I requested for change to higher floor but they were fully booked for that weekend hence they changed my room now facing the new block reception on first floor still... I may occasionally hear the car but I definitely know what time my neighbours use the toilet.... the sound proofing of the room is atrocious!! Totally no proofing at all ...! However, the breakfast was quite alright... the selection is doable ...!!

Booked this hotel for 2 nights just to try it cause it was in a good location. We booked the executive suite cause I have my family with me, But was so disappointed after checking in. The hallways and the room has a weird smell, really bad. The room itself is small, bed/bathroom was dirty. A lot of stains and has bad smell also. Called the housekeeping to change our sheets but still the same, has stains in it. Pillows are so small and bed is uncomfortable. Tried to lay down for a nap but keep waking up cause bed was so itchy! The next thing I know I got bites around my legs and arms! Decided to checked-out the same day we checked-in and move to a different hotel. Horrible hotel/experienced. Even told the Manager and hotel staff that their bed have bedbugs but deny it. They tried to move us in a different room but I said No cause I’m pretty sure it will be the same problem. Will never go back to this hotel. Ever.

Two of the pillows were covered with sand. Toilet lights not functioning, we went and commented at the reception, actions were taken very fast, maintenance callee before they went into the room and fix the light bulb. Very efficient. Overall room was spacious and comfortable. Other than the cleanliness, everything was good.
