The apartment is a wonderful location and a haven in the middle of Madrid. The outside deck is a great place to relax and take a few minutes away from sightseeing. The furniture was old and the couch in particular not in good shape. I also had to buy my own dish soap which seemed odd. Overall, I would recommend these apartment for the location and the extra space. I also enjoyed the gym and the upstairs bar

Hotel is centrally located in Gran Via district with plenty of shopping, dining options. Apartments are very well maintained. Top stairs patio gives excellent 360 degrees view of the city. Staff could have been friendlier. They barely smile or wish you.

We loved the location and the friendly staff. Perfect play to stay for first timers to Madrid. So many restaurant and shopping choices near by. The location is great to get to any of the trendy and historic places in the centre of Madrid. Theres a rooftop with the most beautiful views that there’s no need to visit any other. The only thing i would give it a lower rating are the sofa beds that are very uncomfortable.
