Room was clean and close to the Thai district and subway station. However the process of checking in more difficult than it needed to be. Beforehand I called if I could leave my luggage at the hotel as I arrived in LA early, upon arrival I was told they will not hold my luggage. The over all attitude of the staff member with his child running around was was not good either. I came back and upon check in by the same person I was told they will not accept the card I made the booking with because its a debt card and cannot run it as credit. I then told them I didn't have a credit card on me and I'd told them have to go back to the luggage storage to get it, upon return I found that staff member cancelled my reservation. Luckily the other person on staff wasn't detestable to deal with and got me checked in at the rate I had booked.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I was accidentally assigned a room, not yet cleaned but that was taken care of immediate. Close to metro transportation and very close, to hospital's, across the. The only thing was the aarea was kind of dirty . Andalittle sketchyding

Rony front desk unfriendly unprofessional ,he doesn't care about an issue i had with bathroom has big mold also i asked to accommodate me an a different room and he ignored me also i ask for refund he say no ask me to wait for next day ,,and ill wait and he gave me a room where noise was so bad next to the hospital street noise was horrible

Information sheet in the hotel says free breakfast but we ask the desk , they said no free breakfast. We ask transportation info what bus number will go to Hollywood Blvd. But staff did not know.

The place didn't seem clean and it look unsafe. The receptionist (owner ?) of the place was behind a glass very worry about his own protection, which tells me that the place is not safe. I scheduled my visit for checking in on Wednesday 29th, and don't know how or who changed it to Monday Dec 27, so I got no refund.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. LA - Hollywood Blvd is by itself dirty so our expectations were low since this property is close to the Blvd. I love the fact that the cleaning staff was on top of everything. This place is a little ran down and old but still pretty affordable for the area. Since it is close to hospitals, the sirens were nonstop all night. Location is a plus only if u can put up with sirens at night.

Too convenient to not stay.
Not an impressive facility. Parking is on site but sometimes very difficult to park. Room OK but could use some cosmetic work. Have stayed many times because of proximity to medical facilities.

After dealing with an Expedia snafu (my reservation wasn’t in their system) for 1hr in the cold, I finally got my room. It was a king and was all I needed a for one night stay. Clean enough and worked out ok.

I booked this room because they offered a rollaway bed for an additional $20. When I arrived, they did not have the rollaway bed available. In addition, the toilet did not work and the shower was so incredibly hot that I was left with visible burn on my hand just from testing the water once. There was no parking in the lot and our refrigerator had food and drink left over in it from the previous guest.

Read the fine print.
The website doesn't show that the hotel will add an additional deposit. Also the check in clerk had a very bad attitude. The check out clerk was very friendly and wanted to help even giving me directions to where we headed next. The room had no grips on the tub so almost fell and there were several cosmetic flaws in the room from usage but not repair. The room itself was very clean on the inside. Outside the area was a bit sketchy so no exploration there.
