There is no elevator to take your luggage . secondly the hotel is pretty old , microwave , fridge stove were not in good working condition . Bathroom door wouldn’t close . Staff were polite and nice though .

We’re treated very unfairly and they could have accommodated us, they kicked us out now we’re paying over 400 for 3 nights elsewhere and they don’t care, they care about there profit and how much they make, we got blamed for things that were out of my control they had homeless people yelling and sounded like shouting, but we got blamed and labeled fighting people. Well I really think it’s quite petty that they won’t ever let us stay there again…

The customer service was great, and they helped us have a smooth check in. Their pet friendly rooms are affordable, and the pet area was small but close by which made it easy for us to walk our dog.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was well equipped and clean. The room is due for new furniture. I found the sofa worn and the carpet is showing its age. All said I would stay there agai.

Average 3 star hotel in my opinion. Staff wasn’t very friendly at check in on the 23rd 4pm but the staff maintaining the breakfast buffet the next day were efficient and very helpful! We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. Room was clean and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Note that there is no elevator so if you have young children or a lot of bags you may need to consider requesting a specific floor (there are 3 I believe). Breakfast wasn’t bad. They could use a bagel machine or an upgraded toaster because it took so long to toast anything but overall can’t complain because it’s free. I may stay again but only because it’s convenient and one of the only two bedroom suite options in the area.

We're considering how to improve our breakfast offerings, and your comments about the toaster are beneficial. Understanding that you might return due to convenience, we strive to impress you more with every visit and make it your preference not only because of convenience but also the service and comfort we provide.

Pet Friendly at a COST
Facility was very nice, and they advertise as being pet friendly. After my stay, I received an additional $87 charge. I contacted them directly and they said that was for my dog. They then said that after 7 days the rate goes up to $150 (+ fees)... outrageous. I was never informed about the additional charges, but they said I initialled next to it. I've got anoter business trip near here in 2 weeks, but will now reconsider staying here, even though I won't have my dog.
