Property is being updated and they were working in different areas around the hotel.Very nice rooms - the area at the front desk for a little shop or items to buy for snacks roped off and not operational presently. Attached restaurant looked nice - I did not use it as I was traveling solo and brought take-out to the hotel. Vending not available on most floors. They moved me because of a maintenance issue and they were very nice about it.

Woman at the front desk was unreasonably unhelpful about accommodating a sensitive situation surrounding a memorial service despite pleas made in person and on the phone by another person. The other front desk personnel were great. Coffee for the $22 breakfast was dishwater.

The vanity mirror in my room did not work. I did not have DND door hanger, nor did I have a guide card for the tv. Obviously, I was visiting, and was not familiar with the channels. It would have been helpful to know that the property was being renovated, as the noise levels at times were uncomfortable. On my 1st afternoon, I was startled by a loud banging on my door from a non English speaking individual that wanted access to my room. He probably should have a list of which rooms were occupied. Front desk and housekeeping were exemplary.

Our stay was nice, but most of the facility was being remodeled. So no restaurant or floors above the first. The only negative was a lovely shower with only one door movable. No way to reach inside & start the shower or wait for the right temperature. The staff & people were wonderful!

It was not mentioned when I booked this room that the entire facility was in major renovation switching to a Hilton Hotel. There was no carpet and the drywall was removed and plaster dust everywhere. I was on a very tight time line and I had to find other accommodations quickly. Only to find that after doing so that this facility had removed $535.00 from my bank account. After calling them they did straighten that issue out. They should close this location until renovations are complete and do not subject other customers to this grief.

The hotel was doing renovations so there was a lot of noise and disruption. The Restaurant and Bar was closed in the evening, they said if I had booked through them they would have discounted my rate which was high, I used Expedia and I think they charged too high for the room with the renovations that were going on, Lyn

This hotel was very dirty, no hot water. We stayed 4 days and never got hot water regardless of telling the staff repeatedly. Location is at a corner difficult getting in and out of the property.

The property is under renovation, something that wasn't noted when we made our reservation. Our room was at the other end of the hotel. We literally had to go outside to get there. There was no hot waterb for our shower in the morning. The bed was one of the worst I've slept on in a long time. Really disappointed with the entire stay.

The overall stay was good. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there is construction material in the hallways. There was also a lot of construction dust. I had requested a room on the upper floor, unfortunately it was next to the construction area. However, the service was great! The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Alex from the front desk!
