I arrived around 3am and the receptionist at the desk seemed to be on drugs. He was laughing and snoring to himself for a good 2 minutes before noticing I was standing in front of him. He seemed like a tweaker or something. Not a very safe environment

Unfortunately this hotel is in need or a refresh. The staff were fabulous and welcoming and the property and bedding were clean. However the decoration in the common spaces and rooms is in desperate need of review, carpets are worn and wall coverings are coming away in places! All said however this is a great spot! I wouldn’t want room prices to rise to pay for well overdue maintenance! These cost should be factored into the existing room rate!!!

Good area. Towels were dirty/stained. No towels in the hot tub area, was inconvenient. My shower tub drain was partially plugged, water would take long to drain. Good size room. Breakfast needed more variety.

We did not have ANY room service for 4 nights. The toilet flush caused a terribly whining loud noise for several minutes after flushing (after 2 nights we complained and maintenance did fix it, pretty much), the condition of the property is quite low end (bathrooms especially with dirty grout and tiles), and it was almost impossible to get service at the front desk-no one in attendance. We chose the hotel for proximity to my son’s hkme and tgat worked out well for us.
