The room itself wasn't terrible. But the name is HIGHLY misleading. You're not getting an apartment, you're getting a bedroom in someone's rowhouse/townhouse. No idea if the owners were even on the property. We were given a code to get in, no one was there, otherwise. The other guests using the shared restroom were NOT considerate of others who needed to use it (left water all over the floor to the point I needed a towel to dry the floor before using the restroom, and someone urinated all over the toilet seat in the middle of the night). The room didn't feel very secure, because again, it was just a bedroom with a lock on it. Not having a TV wasn't a deal breaker because we just needed a place to sleep, but when you're traveling with a child, it helps keep them entertained. The internet was spotty. Once when we came back, the front door was wide open.
