Hi Raymond. Our valet is comparable to other hotels in the area but understand the concern. There are dozens of restaurants, cafes and fast-food places available all within walking distance We actually have the best cental location in all of DTLA.

We apologize you were not happy with your room type. The booking was made with Expedia for a King room for two adults. The room does not accommodate 1 adult and two children. We do hope the complimentary upgrade we gave you was sufficient.
