Staff did not help with bags at all, they just watched us load and unload all of our bags ourselves. Room had wet carpet so the room smelled like wet laundry the whole time. Deck was inaccessible due the half the floor was missing. I will never stay here again.

close to airport with shuttle that is 24 hours. excellent staff. nice room. 1 of our party said bed was a bit hard but I didn't find it hard. nice pillows. spotless. some food/drinks available to buy. we left before breakfast but it would have been included. it was too cool out to swim but looks like a nice area to spend time in. One wish would be a hot tub but... I would highly recommend it to my friends. lots of food places around.

We were so happy that it was explained to us as to where to meet the shuttle driver and the breakfast was fantastic! The experience 2 weeks earlier with another hotel was awful. So happy to be with your lovely place!

Staff was great, but unfortunately they terminated my reservation without refund, because I didn't check in on the 10th. Very unfortunate, I missed my flight the day before believing that my two reservation was safe. Instead, I had two pay for a brand new single day duplicate reservation when I arrived on the 11th. How do we fix this?

There are a number of walkable places to eat nearby. The airport shuttle worked well. The check-in was great. The staff (Tonya and Gabriel) allowed me to leave my bags, prior to a room being available. I then received a phone call when the room was ready. Great service.

Stayed at this hotel the night before a flight out of LAX. Staff was friendly and helpful with instructions for parking. Room was comfortable but we were in a handicapped accessible room which the bathroom is huge but has no barrier for the shower so the entire bathroom floods when you use the shower. Breakfast was very good. Free shuttle to the airport was super easy and the driver was great and kept us informed all along the way. Would definitely stay at this location again when flying in and out of LAX.

This was the hotel we stayed at for a night at the end of our vacation because it was so close to the airport. We were able to return our car the night before our flight, take a bus from rental car to airport to the hotel (free) so we could relax the night before our flight which was awesome. The rooms were great, would suggest.

Had difficulty catching the bus from airport to hotel. It was find going the other way. Room look nice but had mildew smell. View from room to pool was very nice. Old hotel, but well maintained. Great location for quick trip to airport. Layover hotel. Walking distance to grocery and several fast good restaurants. Breakfast looked good but opened too late for us to enjoy because of early flight.
