Worst Stay of my LIFE. NOT SAFE
There is no doubt. THIS IS MY WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE. 1. Staff Unprofessional. Not ready help. I have booked a double bedroom (xxxxxxxxxx7296) and they provided me 2 single bedrooms which are located on different sides of the hotel. I went there with my kids. and it is very difficult to manage in different rooms. I have requested them, how is this possible when I have a confirmed reservation. But they refused to provide me a double bedroom. And they are not even ready to listen. They said you booked on a 3rd party portal, and it is not guaranteed. After spending some time with them, I don’t have any other option except to accept 2 singles rooms. I was given 2 room keys. When I entered one room along with my kids. I found luggage of someone else. and I realized that someone is already staying in that room. They shared gave another set of rooms on the 2nd floor, which are in different sides of the hotel. and it was very difficult to manage in such a room with the kids. Looking at the conditions of the hotel we were not very comfortable to leave kids in a different room. 2. Hotel is NOT CLEAN at all. Rooms are NOT CLEAN. It smells like a Smoking area. we brought this to the hotel reception notice but they were not helpful and refused to change the rooms. 3. It smells smoke everywhere. Main Lobby, Corridor, LIFT and inside Rooms. 4. Not a Family Friendly Place with Kids. I have seen women trying to attract people and few dizzy people in the hallways and in parking lot.

Do not stay here.
I’m not even sure where to begin. Tried to check in three times during the day. Finally I was told they didn’t have a room for us. This was supposed to be a two week stay for my family. Pulled up and it looks like a step up from a homeless camp. People have pets living in their rooms. Drugs and fighting. It was far below the standard of the typical hotels for longer stays. Had to find a place for my family to stay for two weeks very last minute. Do not stay here.

I booked a room for 2 nights and I got to the hotel and the rooms was full. So I had to go to other hotel which was very inconvenient. There people drinking and smoking in the parking lot selling drugs etc

First, I reserved a double bed room, when I arrived, they said that they don’t have it a double bed room for me.They gave me two rooms, The girl in the front desk was fighting with her boyfriend there in the lobby, when I open the door of the rooms, I couldn’t believe it, the carpet is a mess, peopple smoke even when they said that is a smoke free hotel. That hotel is a shelter for homeless, people lives there, selling drugs in the parking lot, the smell in the hallway

Fridge didn’t work but the freezer did, toilet seat not attached to toilet had to use tape, cockroaches- first time in a hotel with this problem, filthy there was dried urine stains around the toilet I used paper towels and cleaner to clean it, kitchen sink dripped constantly, prior tenant smoked and had a pet which I can attest to as I am allergic to cats and dogs and could smell the stale smoke, furniture falling apart, would like a refund cause I would NEVER have paid to stay in a dung heap like this. The person at the counter said it was a ghetto place and that I should stay at the other location nearby.

At Gardena property it was dirty and not well kept. 2 of the front desk people that helped me were nice. They had to transfer me to another facility and the lady at the second facility had a bad attitude. She needs a vacation or something.

Horrible experience never will I book her again
My stay was horrible when i came to check in we couldn’t check in due to their Wi-Fi being down so they found a random room they thought had no one in it gave us keys but of course someone was already in the room we went back to the front desk and they gave us two more keys to try at two rooms stated let them know if anyone was in it both rooms were empty but wasn’t what i reserved in my reservation i had to put my teenage daughters in one room while myself and my other teenager stayed in the other later that night at 12:30am we got a knock on the door where my teenagers were sleeping to come to the front desk to check in when asked could it be done in the am due to it being so late and i was already sleep and in my pajamas the front desk stated no it couldn’t wait we checked in the next morning when we went to shower the shower water overflowed all over the bathroom they then changed or room we went out to enjoy family time when i got a phone call from the front desk stating they had a misunderstanding and the rented out my room and they had all of my items at the front desk and we could come to get our things when we arrived and they would give me another room but it wouldn’t be on the same floor as my children because they overbooked!! This was a horrible experience for us and I will never book here again!

The stay at the extended stay was terrifying. Some time between 11pm-12 am there appeared to be what sounded and looked like gun fire from our hotel room looking down into the parking lot. Which I don’t have to explain is very dangerous & when we tried to call guest services we noticed the phone didn’t actually work so afraid we walked down stairs to see what was going on but there was only a note posted. As we heard more gun fire at this location very dangerous.

When I arrived the stairs had trash and the halls along with the room had a Smokey, weed-like smell to it. Wanted to cook something there were no plates, no cups, no pan, no utensils, but there was a refrigerator and an electric stove that didn’t get hot only warm. A disappointment because we booked this place for the kitchen and to cook something. I must admit a great comfortable bed. But I would stay there again.

Likes: fridge, stove top & micro in the room. Staff and people were pleasant - holding doors open when my hands were full, well-mannered, thoughtful and considerate. A/C blasts - which considering 80 degree day was welcome. Lots of families with small children and yet still quiet - big plus. Neutral: amenities - did not use pool, did not stay long enough and post/co-COVID not sure it was open. Breakfast was literally muffins, granola bars, and coffee. We went to McDonalds. It was nice to have it as an option. Dislikes: Lobby smelled of marijuana and the hotel smelled of nicotine cigarettes throughout. Redeeming factor our Non-Smoking room did not smell of either. I have really bad allergies and basically stayed in our room so I would not have a reaction (nose bleed, congestion, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes); I had an immediate headache and my throat is sore 24 hours later. I was surprised there was only a shower and not a tub. Our blackout curtain was broken. It did not close all the way. Luckily I had a safety pin to fix that in a pinch. I apologize to the people below us, my 5 yo son has never been in a hotel. He was too excited and walked like an elephant.

The Queen Bed
My experience was ok not excellent not the worst. The issues was my online reservation. It supposed to be a room with a queen bed but at the check in the person who helped me said there was not rooms with queen beds available. 😒

Smelling weed is really bad from hallway to my room. Stay there 5 days but no water in refrigerator, no one comes clean. Some next room talk really really noisy until 1:00am
