The hotel was very nice. The room size was very large. Only regret was that the rooftop pool was closed and we were not informed when we booked nor when we checked in it was only once we put our suits on and went to the rooftop to find the gate was locked Down at the front desk when we went down to tell them there was no apologies and that was very upsetting and disappointing

I am aware that the website did state that our rooftop was closed, and we were trying to notify everyone in a timely manner, however, with 3rd party reservations it is very difficult to have a point of contact since they do not sell 3rd party information. We do apologize that it was not communicated enough. I will relate this feedback to the team as guest satisfaction is our top priority. Please feel free to reach out to the hotel to speak to a manager, we would love to make this right.

This hotel was very pretty great location, but I was very upset to find out that the rooftop pool was closed. I did not know that when I booked this hotel was very disappointed for me and my family as we booked two rooms and did not anticipate not enjoying the rooftop pool, we were not told at check-in either was up to the pool to find out. It was locked. Went down to the lobby to speak to a gentleman and he didn’t seem to care very much.

This is the perfect spot for a fun weekend in LA. It is located near Sunset Blvd where there is lots to do but still in a great area and away from traffic. I cant wait to stay here again!

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Almost all the staff were super-friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and in good condition, but compared to the room size the bathrooms were small, nothing other than basic amenities and nowhere to put your toiletries. The restaurant had a limited menu.

Great all around but the parking is very expensive at $60 per night. I realize this is the standard for hotels in that area, now, but it’s shamefully expensive.

Cute boutique hotel... I felt like we stumbled on a hidden gem. Fun area... will definitely be coming back for a staycation when it's warmer. Staff is top notch.. that's what made the stay for me.

The room was quite big and they gave us a free upgrade. Everything was clean and tidy very comfortable. The charge for parking is excessive at $65 a night will rethink our stay there next time.

Good I felt the rooms were very nicely equipped. very large, great beds, linens, bathroom etc. The staff were very gracious and helpful right from check in to valet. Not so Good I was not satisfied that for four nights our room had no maid service, which we were not aware of upon booking. yes we could call down for towels, but it was inconvenient and had to put our own trash. It would have been great to even have a refresh half way through our stay. The charge for parking seemed outrageous. $65 per night! That alone may prevent me from staying here again and an urban amenities fee of $33? for what exactly did this include. I've stayed in WEHO many times and not once did I encounter these outrageous fees. Loved the staff, loved the room but probably won't stay there again, there are many other options.

Beautiful hotel and cozy room. Location of the hotel is great and many walkable restaurants and dispensaries. Staff was nice and the rooftop is breathtaking. Only down side that the pool was not heated as listed on the website.

I LOVE your hotel!! The staff was impeccable! And very friendly! The room amazing and probably the best rest I have had in a long time between business. The only note I would give the General Manager, is the shower. Love the shower BUT the doors you have installed allow a lot of water to flow out onto the tile floor in the bathroom. I had to use like the mat, three towels to stop the water from coming out and the towels were soaked. Just be careful because if anyone slips on that tile floor you could be held accountable, and your hotel is to amazing for this to happen. Just a friendly note! Other than that, I will so be back and hopefully there will be a robe in the room too ;-) Love your hotel!!!
