Most pleasant stay
Derry was a lovely place to stay. As someone who was raised in Ireland and still young, I felt very welcomed into this lovely home, where I had the comfort of an en suite room with a lot of privacy. The garden maintained by the family was very beautiful and could tell that a lot of time was put into making people's stay as comfortable as possible. I (21) stayed in with girlfriend (19) and felt so welcome by the owner who greeted us at the door and answered all our questions. The breakfast was really nice too, where the owner and one of the house residents talked to us about their experience with the history of the town which gave us a really good insight and were lovely to talk to throughout our breakfast as we were concluding our stay in Derry. I'll recommend it to anyone including couples as privacy is respected and is very close to the main attractions and pubs.

We were on a family weekend break in Derry. The B&B was perfect; Thomas is a friendly, helpful host, the room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. Derry city centre is a short walk away, via a pleasant, small park and past the cathedral. On top of all this, the room rate was superb value. This will be our base every time we visit the city from now on.

Excellent family run B&B.Mary , Veronica &Thomas couldn't do enough for us .The Annex was spotless , cosy and really warm .The house itself was like home from home .Mary , Veromina and Thomas were great host , making us feel welcome. It was like staying with family. WE will defenitely be back and highly reccommend this property. A beautiful placecto stay , so warm and friendly.

Rose Park House/Derry
Located in a beautiful area next to Brooke Park, within walking distance of the walled city. It’s a family run business, and everyone in the family is absolutely wonderful as are the room accommodations. Nicely decorated with wonderful bed and privacy! Breakfast was so delicious!

Mi experiencia no ha sido muy buena. Llegamos a las 19,30. Nos recibió una señora y nos explicó de forma muy rápida y sin muchas ganas e interés dónde estaba la habitación y las llaves de entrada a la casa, nos preguntó a qué hora queriamos el desayuno y buenas noches. Se quitó del medio y nos dejó en mitad del hall de entrada solos. La casa en general está algo estropeada y la habitación ya se veía algo estropeada del uso también,eso sí, estaba limpia y ordenada. Por la mañana, había otras dos mujeres diferentes atendiendo, fueron algo más simpaticas, el desayuno estuvo bien.
