I stayed in many hotels in London, but this one is highly overpriced. You simply do not get what you pay for except for the location that is near King's Cross Train Station.
The room does not get served on a daily basis, and when it gets, the service so so limited to a few touches here and there.
While the furniture is modern, there is no closet and the rooms are pretty small. It's even challenging to get into the shower or to use the toilet (my knee was hitting the wall although I am not that tall). Also, there is no iron in the room, but you have to use one of the shared ironing rooms, which is quite inconvenient.
The elevators are so small (max of 2 persons). Also, the room key stopped working several times during my stay, and the receptionist did not even bother apologizing for this, which was kind of rude.
