Very convenient transportation to Heathrow. Bus arrives at the front entrance, and drops you straight to your terminal. The breakfast was great! Well seasoned, lots to choose from, and some gluten free options. Hot food as well as pastries, cold cuts, cheese etc. The staff were all very cheerful and helpful. Definitely recommend!

It’s very close to the airport. Some areas of the hotel rooms need updating/replacing. But great stay for the price.

Hotel rooms were great, clean and great breakfast. Also appreciated the complimentary strawberry water and candies. Rooms were quiet other than doors slamming in the morning. The worst thing was the hotel's transit options, they were not great and pretty expensive. Highly suggest getting an oyster card at the airport/tube subway for easier and cheaper means of getting around.

The room was lovely. The only issues was the taxi situation. We felt held hostage to use their overly expensive taxi service. 35 UK pounds for a 5 minute taxi ride. When we took a black taxi from the airport to the hotel it was only 13 UK pounds. Once we figured things out we took the 5 minute bus ride to the airport for 1.70 UK pounds. So be careful! asking for a taxi at the front desk.

I didn't arrive to the hotel until 10:30 p.m. but I found the check in to be quick, the staff was friendly, and most importantly to me, the room was very clean. Unfortunately, because I had to leave at 5:00 a.m. the following day I was not able to visit the restaurant or any of the facilities. Should the occasion arise that I need to stay in the Heathrow Airport area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again

I've stayed at other hotels close to Heathrow that are huge with long walks to rooms. Leonardo is a smallet hotel but very close to the airport. I stya here before next moring early return flight to US. Decent restaurant. Clean and everthing works.

The Leonardo was a nice hotel with nice clean room. My frustration with my stay is due to lack on convenience. I had to get up early to get to the airport and needed to get my hair blow dried. However, there is not an appropriate outlet in the bathroom that can handle blow dryers. I called the front desk and they said I had to dry my hair in the bedroom. So by the desk and coffee maker I attempted to dry my hair. That’s when I discovered that the blow dryer did not get hot. It only blew cold air. I didn’t not have any more time to call the front desk for a working one. I had to leave for my flight with crazy hair. When I went to check out, I expressed frustration and but the front desk was dismissive. I would have given them 4-5 stars if they had been kinder regarding my situation.

My room was near to a lift ,very noisy , all i could here was guests .. also pizza was more like a biscuit, if you could get it any thinner might as well call it a poppadom ... also , taxi rate to airport extortionate for a short journey... Apart from that room was decent , but pillows uncomfortable.

My stay at the Leonardo Heathrow Airport Hotel was a nightmare from the moment I walked into their reception. From the people smoking at the entrance door, the overwhelming and yucky smell of cigarette smoke on the ground floor and the repugnant scent someone believed to be perfume. Everywhere I went or whoever I met, there was a concerted effort at coercion to make me interact with drug dealers. Did I mention them stinking up the hallways with marijuana - a vomit inducing smell.The Leonardo Heathrow Airport Hotel is a hellhole of drug dealing. If you are into drugs, you are in paradise but it is not, never was and never will be my thing. During my stay, I contacted Expedia via email once, twice on the phone, I filed a police report against the hotel with the London Metropolitan Police. A day before leaving, when the coercion and noises reached the unbearable, I contacted the Metropolitan Police over the phone. The day I was scheduled to leave at 11 a.m., a drug dealer kept me awake until 3 a.m. The manager agreed to extend my checkout time. However, the resident drug dealers kept hitting hard on the walls and around my room. I felt unsafe. That day, I spoke with the London Emergency Police twice and they advised me to call them again at the time I was leaving. If I still felt unsafe, they would send police officers to be with me. I related my experience to the Front Desk. I ended up leaving my room at 4 p.m.

Have stayed here over a dozen times and as always the place is excellent and very convenient when travelling out of Heathrow. Easy access to London by bus and tube too. Great breakfast buffet at a great price (£13 in advance)…which is equivalent to less than a $10 “menu price” in the US if you allow for the added tax and tip normally added to the final price. (Tipping is not expected in the UK and tax is already in the price)

This property is easily accessible for Heathrow Airport and is reasonably priced when compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The food is nice and varied, albeit a little pricey but the service was great and the staff are friendly.

Food was very good & staff was very good too. Access to Heathrow was great. Hotel ordered us a taxi to get to Heathrow & also for our outing to Windsor. They have a shuttle too for a fee, as Canadians we are quite used to hotels in North America providing a free airport shuttle. Only downside was at check in they asked if we would mind having a disabled persons room so we said we didn’t mind. The problem was that the way the bathroom is set up there was water going everywhere when u used the shower. The whole floor got soaked. There was limited space to keep your personal things in the bathroom unless u put then on a shelf behind the toilet, I’m not a fan of putting things near the toilet, so that wouldn’t work. Certain areas in the hallways were very cool & drafty. Would I stay there again, sure.
