Good room, amazing night manager, poor reception.
Really nice clean bedrooms to stay in, bath was a bit small and shower door didn't shut correctly unless you slammed It, bed was amazing had 2 amazing nights sleep, so the room itself was all good for me and my partner, only down side we had was on arrive you have to pay £60 hold fee which confused me as I had already paid for the property. The receptionist I had serve me was on training and she wasn't very nice about it, when I asked what it was she just kept shouting at me saying its a hold and wouldn't explain to me why she needed it. She just shouted saying it is compulsory for all guests. This was a shock as it left me £60 out of pocket for my trip to London. So becareful of this when you show up! Although after this the conceirge Mario was amazing he showed us where to park drew us a map. And the bar staff izzi was amazing too. The night manger jamal came to us after he had heard about what happened at reception he was incrediblely apologetic and made me and my partner change our views on the hotel completely. He is an amazing manager and will do anything to go out of his way to help his customers. So after we had a spoken to him we felt much better about our stay. If anyone has any issues at this hotel I recommend talking to jamal he will sort you out right away!!
