This small hotel is right at the crossroads of the centre of Southall. Southall is a wonderful vibrant place with a great sense of community and fabulous food. yes, you need to keep the windows closed at night due to street noise, but this is to be expected with the position of the hotel. our room was small but very clean and the bed was comfy. there was coffee and tea making facilities and shower gel and shampoo. it was perfectly sited for our wedding trip, looking at the wonderful shops of Southall and getting to and from the station. Lastly the staff were delightful, both friendly and helpful. I think it was a great find for our needs.

There are better choices
Very basic hotel. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone in other rooms and on the street. Room had no desk/unit so hard to work from. Shared bathrooms are ok, basics not stocked up and all shower heads broken.

The folk who run it were very kind and helpful. It was convenient for what we needed. I think the kitchen can use some work, otherwise the rooms were fine. We opted to change our room because we don't like traffic noise, but it was quite at the back.

Clean and quiet, comfortable stay at a great price. Room was very small, as expected, but clean and comfortable. Quiet stay other than some noise from other guests which was not unreasonable. Shared bathroom was well cleaned but other guests can change that, a lot of your experience will be determined by the other guests. I would definitely stay again and budget time for some local restaurants and walking around.

Staff were amazing, kind, friendly. Rube helped us carry luggage to our upstairs room.Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Toilet was shared with several other rooms. No running water or water bottles in room. Stairs were narrow and steep, hard to maneuver luggage, no lift. Loud street noise, many sirens. A fan for white noise and ventilation would help.

Awful experience. Walls paper thin. You might as well share your room with the people to the left and right of you. Boilers and toilets, when they ignite / flush, you can hear it loud and clear from your room. Never again.

Horrible experience. Thin walls to the point you might as well have shared your room with those on your floor. Conversations coming through loud and clear from rooms to the left, right and opposite to you. Boiler when on in the next rooms you would hear loud and clear so if you're expecting a good night's sleep - forget it!

This place is above a pawn shop in a questionable neighborhood. Coulf not find the entrance - made a big mistake in booking it. We sat in in some stores parking lot until I could book another hotel. They said they had parking but given what I saw I was not about to stay there. The parking was supposedly a minute or so away but given the circumstances did not trust that statement nor the security of the car park.

staff were friendly. Breakfast was same day per day. Toast bread coffee jam and egg. No lift and our room was on the 4th floor. No airconditioning. Apparently, they dont open it because weather was cool?! Requested for room change and was given just one plight of stairs but no assistance to carry suitcase. Location was good though. If you dint mind going up and down staircases then this can be a good place for you.

The accommodation was great but near the bathrooms and toilet, requires aircon or fan to take away smells unless the plumbing is backing up. Comfortable bed, great TV, great breakfast, very clean in hotel. Local area loud, lots of people, too many cars, too many sirens (Hill street Blues). Not many places to eat other than Indian food.

A great little hotel in central Southall. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded. Our room was very small but we had what we needed. Just a few minutes walk to the trainstation that took us to central London and Heathrow, the location of the hotel is great. Many restaurants and supermarkets within minutes. The hotel is in the middle of Southall and it is a very busy street outside so the traffic can be a bit annoying, but we slept well! Our first trip to London but not the last. Gustav & Julia

es war sehr laut, undicht und kein Kühlschrank oder Kaffee für den Wasserkocher oder Tee. Die Treppen waren sehr eng, Lobby oben anstatt am Eingang und man sollte mit dem Koffer hoch laufen
