Staff was always friendly and helpful, housekeeping was amazing and although our room was small, we expected this and having a balcony was totally worth it. City was busy and noisy, but closed doors reduced the noise significantly. Location was great, 10 mins walkable to Notre Dame, and main train and subway lines, which allowed us to have an activity packed trip with no inconveniences. A nod to the restaurant right next door, their food was excellent.

The hotel was nothing as described outside of the room looking like the photo. Uppn arrival we were told the included breakfast offered was available due to renovations which is fine that is understandable. What wasnt is the suite was actually a converted store front that still had the door to the street in place. No where in the listing did it state it would be on the ground floor. The tv was a smart tv but wasnt able to connect to the hotel wifi so no channels were available as was described when booking. Before booking we verified there would be AC yet upon arrival they stated they only turned it on during the summer. Being you are street level you cant exactly just open a window as it is a busy street. You could hear every conversation passing by and see peolle looking in the windows even through the blinds. We addressed these concerns with management who said there was nothing they could do and tried to say it was said in the listing (it wasnt when booking as I double checked). We decoded to leave as we didnt feel safe and found another hotel. All thr owner/manager had to say about our concerns is if you leave I wont refund which in itself is terrible business wjen you drastically misrepresented the product and what else is available with better quality and having an actual view for the same price range. I wouldnt recommend given the experience.

A cute little boutique hotel with friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Room modern and clean. Breakfast enjoyable. Classic Paris!! Balcony with view of Notre Dam and Blvd St Germaine.
