We stayed here for a family vacay last Jan. family of 5 with 2 small children. When we first walked-in, no one acknowledged us, nobody greeted us and nobody offered help with our luggages. We just arrived from the airport direct flight from LAX. Everyone is tired and I just wanted a smooth check-in. But the lady in the front desk, not so friendly, not even smiling, gave me a hard time, fill-out more forms, more paper work, etc, which I assumed I already did since I booked through Expedia. Since there’s 5 of us with 2 minors, they wanted me get extra room. They strictly only allow 4 person/per room! They don’t take any exceptions! Now I have to book another room just because we have exceeded their limit per room. To make a long story short, even if I asked to speak with the manager and explain our situation, if they can make an exception because I have little kids, no manager was available to speak with us and no one accommodated us. No good customer service, no one helped us with our luggages and not handicapped friendly! No wheelchair accessible and ramps for us to use. We have to put our wheelchair back in the car. Not good! Place looks old but our family wanted to give it a try but this is how they treated us! No Thanks!
