Easy to find on main street just behind beach. Lots of activity, shopping, restaurants, cafes very close. Seems to be quiet by 11pm, no problem with street noise. Small balcony facing street in my case, comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi. Quick efficient check in and check out. Taxi stand just outside if needed. Very close to enjoyable beach with clean fine sand

The hotel’s location is perfect. It is in the heart of all the activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the towels and beddings are very old. Some of the bath towels have holes and stains. Also, the sound insulation in the room is very poor. We could hear all the talking from the next room and the hallway. Again, we loved the location .

Very noisy so not great if you’re a light sleeper
Hotel was ok. Stayed in deluxe beach view room but the trees block out most of the view so I wouldn’t pay extra for that again. Bed comfortable and room clean; bathroom a bit tight for space and very basic, but functional. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Poor towels
Location super good, not clean ir room, a specialy floor, never mop with water. Toweels is a bigest problem, they dont have enouth them, and then u coming back from breach and want go to shower, u dont have towels at all, not even hand towel. And if u do have towels they are look like floormop at home. And toilet paper, u lucky if u have it. Advice for hotel invest to buy new towels, its shame to use towels like this

Good room but bad sound proofing
Location is perfect for restaurants and beach. The room is modern, has a huge bed, balcony, and is very clean. Staff also friendly and check in was easy. Unfortunately the sound proofing is non existent. The rooms have a door between them, with gaps, so you can hear everything happening next door. I struggled to sleep with neighbours watching TV, talking and being on phones. I had to go tell them to be quiet numerous nights. The shower also did not drain. I told reception and they said they would fix it, but did not. I guess good value for money.

I like the design of the hotel room and its near to the beach. What i dont like is they dont have a swimming pool. But everything is good so far.

Good stay
Very central in Cenang. Rlatively clean (a few hairs found in bathroom), friendly reception. Just wish theh would stop using plastic water bottles...surely they can fit a water machine on each corridor. We need to to stop it with all this plstic waste.

Lovely staff. Rooms were excellently taken care of, very clean and everything immediately restocked. Very much enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately there was a band playing opposite the hotel every night of my stay, so was a little noisy. There was also no light switch or lamp near the bed which wasnt great if you have to get up at night.

Excellent! The hotel is so much convenient to go to the beach, street walk and cenang mall. There are many food stalls nearby it as well. The hotel staffs are so polite, kind and with great attitude! Absolutely to stay with them again for the next time!

Pros:- Superb location with easy access to wide selection of eateries and nice and clean beach just behind the hotel. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Cons:- 1) There's no 2-way switches for room lights. 2) Need to get out of bed to turn off lights. TV remote control is as good as no remote control! The TV box is installed behind the TV and facing towards the floor - incredulous! 3) Bath towels look unclean and old, with fraying edges! 4) Noise (sounding like pump motor running) coming on and off intermittently in short duration and affecting sleep. I'd give this hotel 5-stars rating if/when the management can solve or rectify all the "Cons" mentioned. Thank you.

The winning point is the location. It's right by the beach, close to a variety of restaurants and duty free shops. The rooms have modern decor and comfortable beds. However, the shower should have better upkeep. The towels and floors don't look as clean, this is likely due to guests using them at the beach and tracking sand into the rooms.

great employees that are happy to serve
We are so happy that we stayed here, the hotel is in the center of Cenang and overlooking the beach. The services we received from this hotel were top notch. From check it till departure they Did everything they could to feel wanted and appreciated. The room was clean and spacious, house keeping was great and friendly, the bottle of wine to say thank you for staying with us appreciated. All employees looked happy and treated us that way.

There was no room switch on the bed side. Towel and floor mat were bit too old. There was no tooth brush. Other than that, everything was perfect. Balcony was nice facing the beach, staff were friendly, right across duty free, lots of shops and eateries on the street. I will come back to this hotel again!!

Hotel is very well located in the main area in Cenang. Opposite the beach and the mall. Decent size room, nice shower and really nice balcony that over looks the beach through a few trees. My only dislike was that the beds were very hard.
