We got there at night parking cost is $45. There was a giant roch in the room and a long hair on the clean towel. Overall not a good night loud people all night.

It was terrible. I booked rooms servers times and never have I once not get the room booked. I realized it after the second night and it was too late. The room I booked was OCEAN VIEW WITH BALCONY! I got partial view and no balcony! I didn’t complain I was too tired needed a get away and it was raining. Hate this place! The worse! I heard everything! I don’t mind the ocean noise but people and scraping of the luggage. Horrible!

When you pull up to the property you second guess your choice for booking this pretty pricey place because the curb appeal is the same as a rundown motel six. If you read the reviews this is not a place to book a regular room. There’s really no view in the cheaper rooms. We booked the Premier Oceanfront room with balcony.

Everything was amazing, except the valet. Items were stolen directly from my car and the only people that had the keys were the valet folks. While I should've known better than to leave things in my car, you'd expect valet to ensure that your belongings are safe and not stolen (especially by the staff themselves). They also charge you 45 a night. I paid to have my belongings taken. If you stay here, you're better of parking in the street, definitely do not leave anything in your car.

Hotel very nice w amazing view . Room great . Valet not organized . I asked for bags to be brought to my room and it took 45 mins due to there baggage door being broken and couldn’t retrieve bags . So we we all late for our dinner reservation and had to wait an extra hour for our next dinner reservation. Such an inconvenience! Next time tell me you’re having problems w storage room ! I want a refund on resort fee and my valet balance . I want to be refunded
