Our suite was lovely and conveniently situated by the pool on the main floor. Reception staff was Excellent. Very attentive and helpful with booking Grab for transportation.

We had a terrible holiday in the hotel, around the pool the drainage was broken and my daughter’s foot got stuck into that broken one, unfortunately it ripped her toe nail off. We had to go to the hospital to have an operation and get it removed. Upon arrival I was given two rooms with no windows ( was not advertised that they have no windows) which was the first shock, negotiated with the manager who refused completely to offer anything eventhough it’s clearly their fault.( falsely advertised) Had a meeting with Sale Director who offered a King queen room ( only has two twin beds) I was offered a rollaway bed. Mind you my family is 6 people I had to squeeze in this room to move on with our holiday( no money difference was offered to us at all, when I asked for money difference I was told this room is a better room than the standard triple room( please note I paid for two rooms which is definately higher than the room they gave me) What I was really surprised with , at the time of the pool incident they left us there ( daughter was bleeding) they got a lot of workers to change all the broken drains around the pool. During the stay they were a lot of organised student groups who were very noisy and disrespectful ( taking videos of us, knocking the door in the early morning and night and running away) Locals were also taking our stuff from our terrace , using our terrace to sit and smoke at our chairs outside. No cereal for kids except under 4y (find it very weird)

On that time, we do our best to escorted yourLovely Daughter into the Nearest of Hospital, and all the Hospital Bills is in under our Account.Regarding of the Noisy on the surrounding Hotel’s area and also of the another of our Guestusing your private balcony, we already sharing this information to all of our staff for moretaking care of your Surrounding room’s area.Regarding of the Breakfast services, yes correctly that the cereals only available for Childrenis under 04 Years Old and based on request.We also really sure that we have tried our best to control the situation coordinated with ourDepartment concern to follow up all the statement that you already informed us. But onceagain we regret that we still could not meet your expectation.Anyway, we are really appreciate your comments and surely will take this case as a goodlesson for our team to provide a better service in the future. Generally ok. Let down by area, had to pay for the airport shuttle (I’m sure I read if you spend over $250 it’s free!), no local within 5km radius shuttle as advertised, beach shuttle only and when I asked to use it ‘there was no driver so it’s not going’ room was ok. Smelt a bit musty when we first walked in, then air conditioner stopped working and only circulated room air. Pool ok. Area around pool not great. No room to move about. Majority of staff amazing and very helpful. You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap enough.

Great location. The hotel is a little run down and could do with some upgrading. The bathroom tiles had mould on them and cracks. Beds werent very comfortable but the rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldnt fault the food. Good price for food and drinks. The pool was great. The rooms arent very sound proof so can be noisy at times.

Hotel linen was not clean, bed had been made but linens were not clean, spa services were not available, shuttle was limited, the room smelt of mildew and ammonia, the area was too far from the main areas of Kuta and the hotel shuttle was not as advertised, was not worth the money we paid, will not be staying there again.

Amazing and budget friendly
We stayed here for 4 nights. The breakfast buffet was great, many options for food including vegetarian. The pool was clean and not too deep either. The actual room was spacious however it could benefit from some renovation. Overall, amazing stay for the price.

Only thing we wasn’t happy with was the air conditioner no matter if it was set to 20 or 18 it didn’t seem to make any difference very hot, sleeping overnight

Not as nice as the pictures
My family and I staying in a family room with Twin beds pushed together and bunk beds. There were no windows in the room so it was like a cave. The room service was ok, when they cleaned the room they just made the bed and did basic clean of the bathroom. They didn't clean the floor and forgot to give us towels and TP a couple times. It was nice that there was a gym, a small playground and playroom for the kids. However the playroom had a smell of rat poop and the toys including the ball pit were dirty and not well cared for. Both of my small children got fevers right after playing in the playroom and we didn't go back there. The out door play ground was ok, but very dirty, my kids clothes were stained black from playing there a short time. The breakfast buffet was just ok, the only thing that stood out was the Indian food options they had, but there was only a couple of them. The pool was ok and there are a few swim up bar stools. The room service menu had more options than the previous hotel we stayed that the food was good. The only other complaint we had was a few of the nights there were people and children running the halls and screaming between 12am and 2am and we had to call security to complain multiple times. But it was a decent hotel for only $55 a night.

Great local buffet service
The hotel needs updating but was clean and good value for a budget stay. The best part is the buffet service in the morning- I was thrilled and experienced like a Hawaiian luau with many choices. If you are on a budget, this is the place to go.

Staff were friendly but understaffed. Had to wait for close to an hour to check in as there was lots of guests but 1 staff member servicing check ins. Safe was not functional. Lots of security on premise - it was a place to sleep however a lot to be improved in terms of a modern refresh, cleanliness and guest servicing times.

Comfort and rest obtained at Kuta Central Park
Fourth time I have used this hotel. Exceptional level Of comfort. Always overly compensated in regards to attention given and services provided by friendly welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast with the proposition of special orders if you don’t find what your after.

Alright hotel before catching a morning flight
We booked this hotel to stay one night in Kuta before our morning flight. The hotel location was ok - it is (luckily) far away from the buzz of Kuta beach, and there were some restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the beach couple of times a day. We were greeted with a welcome drink and our room had been upgraded free of charge. The upgraded room was spacious and clean. However, the hotel is a little worn out and will need a renovation at some point. There is a pretty pool area in the center of the hotel, and a gym and a spa too. It looks like they were able to organize a variety of services. The biggest downside was the weak noise isolation; we could hardly sleep because there was a big group near that would run in the corridor and make noise there all night, and at 6am. Also all the noise from the pool and yard could be heard to the room on 3rd floor.

Friendly service but in need of a refresh
We stayed for 11 nights and had a great stay overall. The service was very good and we always received a smile! The site photos are when the property was new and fresh and not as it appears today. The hotel is a 30 min walk away from Kuta beach and is somewhat isolated from the hustle and bustle of it all (both positive and negative).

The staff were absolutely wonderful, always smiling, friendly and ready and willing to help. The rooms were clean and tidy with towels and toiletries being replenished daily. Breakfast was a feast, with a choice of anything from noodles to omelette, pancakes, fruits, Indian and Indonesian foods. You could eat dinner for breakfast and not need anything else for the day. I didn’t use the pool, which was fairly small but it seemed popular. There was some work being done when we were there so a little noisy at times. All in all I would recommend this hotel as it’s not far from beaches, shopping malls etc although they aren’t on the doorstep.

The staff were amazing .The property needs maintenance.Bathroom showers need a good scrub to remove scum off the tiles and shower curtains need to be changed more frequentlyas mould isnt a good look.The hotel is ablittle out of the way,however you can get a taxi very quickly out front,only a couple of dollars.

Its a bit old and run down but the bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The pool was very small and always busy and the breakfast was often under cooked and the queues were always long if you wanted eggs or toast.
