Very basic hotel. Served it's purpose for a place close to the airport. Not a comfortable night.

Good clean place close to the airport.
I'd recommend this spot no problem. Owners are kind. Place includes air conditioner, tv, Wi-Fi, soap, water etc. Only thing I'd improve was the mattress comfort. Overall though for the price it's no problem. The place is clean and off of the road and surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We'll be visiting again when we need to stay near the airport. If you're using it as your base in Kuta, just know it is about a 20+ minute walk to most of the busier streets. Food however, can easily be found within 2 minutes (tip: try Pappys Warung). Recommended.

Usually cheap does not mean dirty
Hotel staff was friendly But the room was not clean at all. there were strange looking insect cocoons on the wall. The bathroom had a bad smell and cockroaches came out of the hole on the floor that was supposed to be the drain for the shower. There is not a real window, just a bad fixed insect net, which do not hold up any insect to come inside. You can not turn of the light in the bathroom, so the insects are always attracted to come in. The aircondition was very noisy but cooled good. The room was never cleaned during our stay and had the same towels all the time, we got on the first day.
