hotel is well located, only 3mins walk to East coast Mall. it is facing the mall & just across the road.

Would be great if the luggage service can be assisted till parking lot. The trolley stuck after the parking entrance due to low ceiling.

Our one-night stay was acceptable. The room needs a complete refresh - looking a bit tired. The fridge didn't work (but was quickly replaced), and the wifi wouldn't initially connect (but got sorted after a call for service and 20 mins layer with a router reset). The bathroom counter had a large crack, and the carpet was dated and worn. The big plus was the East Coast Mall directly opposite the hotel, and access to the City Mall on the other side. So, it suited this part of our stay and we needed to do some shopping and get supplies for our next hotel. The breakfast was extensive and had a large variety of options to suit many different tastes. Overall, an acceptable stay.

Overall is great except some rooms when checkin around 9pm room housekeeping not done. Next day some rooms bin not empty.

Overall the room was very clean (but not spotless 😊). Shower: water pressure & temperature was good & consistent. Good breakfast buffet spread, wide variety.

Nice quiet place. Gym equipment coverage is good just some equipment like the bike and threadmill were not maintained properly. Rooms generally clean. Pillow does smell bad even from first night. Stayed for 4 nights

Satisfied stay
It was very clean and comfortable. The buffet has a wide range of food and the facilities are fun to use. Kids enjoyed the bathtub in the room. Convenient location.

The only inconvenient I found was that when I checked in, the staff couldn't do the authentication of the credit card AMEX that I used to pay the booking, and also in another booking the night before and for car rental. I have been in that hotel several times and used always the same cards. Only after I asked them for try again it worked. I commented them that this card is not using PIN number. They asked me if I had another credit card, but I have only this AMEX credit and Mastercard Debit. Finally it was solved, thanks to the collaborative and attentive staff. About the rest of my stay all was perfect.

I requested early check up, no respond. Then have to wait few hours for check up. Asked about the spa, no respond turned out the spa is close. Wouldn’t choose this hotel if I knew about it. The room was dusty, I had allergies upon my staying there. The bathtub wasn’t that clean too. Asked for the remote tv couple of times, only to get it later at night. Overall wasnt a good stay.

I waited one hour for check in then staff said room not ready. I waited until 19:30 but not ready. Finally complained and got key and up to room but still they were cleaning. Buffe also not worth cost. GIM didn’t have sanitizer which is must item due to regulation.

Good location but check in was bad
Check in only can be done at around 5pm vs 3pm which suppose to be as reason given room not ready. with family and kids, wasting for 2 hours is too much. Check in is taking very long, long q. Location is good, just opposite a mall so you can get good food and shopping there. room is comfortable. but i don understand why they only provide 2 towels since it is a family room with connected room and they know we are 4 persons.

check in time at 3pm, I arrived at 5pm.... Queue for check in hotel used 1hour... The lined up customers do not have 1m social distancing and there is no staff to check for the SOP. Quite terrible when u saw the crowd around 100persons at the hotel check in counter. The room cleanliness is good. The parking fee can be void at hotel lobby.

Overall good stay here.
Good short stay at this hotel. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and carpets could do with an upgrade. Buffet breakfast was very good. Overall good stay here.
