It was a nice place for family to escape from busy town. Hotel surrounding is clean except at night got lots of insect on the floor & wall outside room. They opene 24 hours fie hot spring pool whuch is ver convinience for guest. Got book corner to read, traditional & board games for guest to play. Pillow seem old stuff which recomanded to change a new for comfort of staff. Guest need to bring their own toothpaste & tooth brush. Staff there are very friendly.

Nice hot spring though
A bit frustrated with room condition..booked a villa with dust on floor, detached floor tile, bad ac condition, poor in-room cabinets, limited tv channels, unfinished tap water piping(sink) etc2...pls pls pls suria do check your rooms before letting guests discover faulty over you..

Suria Hot Spring Short Stay!
I was here two years ago in 2016 but many things changed in this resort. Prices are more expensive now but the furniture was not as good as before, room not that well maintained like previously.

Short family trip
Overall not so bad but service wise is a bit lacking. Ordered food at the cafe and only got it after an hour plus. That was only after checking with them several times and at last, the admitted they didn't put in the order eventhough they swore that they did. Parking area is not that much at the front and if so, you'd need to park at the back of the hotel. Parking area at the back does not have a walkway to the hotel. You need to walk on grass and drag your luggage on the ground. If it was raining, this area will be very wet and difficult to get to when bringing small children with a few luggages. Room was okay.

No any memories! Because of the room is very dirty and the food out of famous. Actually we have a free breakfast but we choose eating at bentong restaurant.

Family outing near KL with perfect Hot spring
Travel for 1 night stay with family of four. One toddler 2 yrs old. Reach after work fr KL at Suria around 10pm. The hot spring is 24hr access where my husband and myself manage to soak ourself and wonderful experience. Breakfast was simple and next to kids pool. Room was spacious and basic. Value for money.

Hotel website is deceiving.
Hotel has lots of ants, room and corridors are very dirty. The hotel website looks appealing but it's very un-appealing after checked in!!

Everything is just too simple in this hotel, room amenities, breakfast (not enough to cater for guests on 23.3.2017) no life guard at all times....

Nice Hot Spring, but careful with red ants
A very friendly staff and nice swimming pool for children and adults. Beautiful scenery of mountains surrounding, and good place to escape from busy city, because its only 35 mins drive from Gombak. To those with children, advisable to bring the lotion or spray for anti-insect (mosquitoes and ants). The playground small, but nice, however some parts covered with spider web. Room size comfortable, but so many red ants on the wall, table and also bed. We end up pushing our bed away from the wall to avoids red ants to the bed. Tried to change to other room, but still same condition. Regarding cleanliness, we found blood spot on the mattress sheet, and a clump of hair on the floor.

BIG HOT SPRING POOL
Good place to experince clean hot spring water with a large & tidy swimming pool. Breakfast is simple. Specious room but cleanness can be improved. Location reasonable fine. About 20 minutes to Bentong & 15 minutes drive from Bukit Tinggi. You may try to have your meal at Bukit Tinggi for more choices.

Easy to access, only 50km from gombak. Good to bring children here. U can swim from 7am until 10pm. Great vacation for family.

Not Maintained
It's new with poor hotel management skill(opened late 2014). I have a feeling the some of the bedsheet are not change if they looked clean because I felt itch on certain part of my body. I dare not even smell it. Don't expect to get food at all times so you have to travel through the mountainous and dangerous road to get it. Their restaurant is very rigid.

New But unprofessional top level management
Went there to have good healthy holiday but most of the time the hot pool is not maintained. They wash it using a stupid small pump to get the dirty water out and one person brushing it which take the whole day (morning till evening). Temperature of the pool is not natural which most of the time is too hot (above 40 Celsius). There is no constant flow of cool water to balance the hot water. Not a single instruction on how to use the hot pool. You can get scalded by the hot pool. My room toilet door is squeaking so loud and after informing the front desk, they done nothing. All the toilet seat is not fixed properly.

Hot Spring amid Nature
The stay was as expected. 2 days 1 night is perfect for this place. Any longer and you'll probably run out of things to do. The main attraction here are the hot spring pools which is great because my kids loved to play water and the temperature of the water is just nice when the pool opens at 7 in the morning. Its too hot in the afternoon though so it's also great that they have a normal temperature pool for the afternoon. Its too bad that the hot spring pool closes at 7pm though. It would have been nice to have a soak at night or early morning when the air is cool. The hotel is completely isolated and the nearest town is either kampung bukit tinggi or Bentong.

Bad choice
we book a triple room but it's was overbook. They upgrade us to a villa (normal weekend price is rm620 per night). We are very disappointed... Floor a bit sticky, sofa cushion has some smell, villa design is not up to ordinary standard. Slow wifi. Breakfast was really really no good.

The 2 days stay is good. Relaxing and beauty of green environment. However, the breakfast need to improve. Not much choices and some of the food is rotating basis like egg not on monday. The taste of nasi goreng and chak kwetau is out. Is totaly different quality and taste from dinner. Suria is not not second visit if this is not improve. Buidling to building require to connect with roof. THis will ease while raining and not get wet.

overall is much satisfying and comfortable. my kids enjoys their child pool. also on the hot pool. on hot pool, it was advertised open 24hours which only 7am to 7pm only. hoping for frequent maintenance to ensure more cleanliness the hot pool since its only open for 12hr only.

Do not stay here
Our first room had thick damp mould growing out of every wall, dirty and musky.. a health hazzard. When we eventually got a new room the deco was old and tired, the beds are rock hard, the facilities are old and not maintained. A terrible place definitely not recommended.

The room size is comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room and toilet are clean. Thumbs up for the hotel for providing umbrellas at the various blocks as the blocks are not linked via sheltered link ways. There is also a mini library available. But can give the buffet breakfast a miss... Not much choices
