This hotel is 20 mins from the KUL airport in an isolated area and if you’re depending on the shuffle from the airport to the hotel, firstly you have to get it from the Tune Hotel that’s actually at KUL Terminal 2 (Klias2); secondly, the shuttle only runs every two hours. I ended up taking a Grab car from Tune Klias2 because I just missed the shuttle and I was not keen on sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours. Once at the hotel, the staff is efficient, the room is small, the bathroom is hot but the shower is powerful, which somehow makes up for everything. Stayed one night, would stay again here again if I had a long layover in KUL. It does offer value for money. Oh, they offered breakfast, packed to go, which I appreciated.

This place is old and tired. Not being able to enter room easily enough with one bag as its super tight. Everything is dated. Even the hair dryer had dusty and dirty. Its too tight. Bathrom door hits the sink. As you sit in the toilet u face the wall. Stay if absolutely necessary but even better go somewhere else

The hotel was a reasonable price, but the walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything from neighbours to the road to people walking past the room. It was also a 20 minute drive away from terminal 2 of the airport despite marketing themselves as an airport hotel. I don’t recommend staying here unless you have sufficient time to travel to and from the airport to the hotel. Otherwise it was relatively clean and had a shower

We paid usd 30 a night to stay here. It was really okay. We felt like the place met our needs. No complaints. We didn’t pay much so we also didn’t expect a lot. For the price, we felt this was great value.

I spent two nights there! I didn't have much time to look around the hotel. M y time of check-in. The lady there was really courteous and accommodating. Although I started early. I was able to explore the area and see the restaurant. All visitors had access to the waiting area with cable TV. The courtyard appeared beautiful. The day I was there, it rained the moment I arrived. Wi-Fi: Excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was hip. Every time I ate there the Crispy chicken chop was excellent. The staff was courteous and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out procedures went without a hitch. The room was perfect for one person; it wasn't too spacious or too little. There was most excellent hot water pressure. I'm really picky when it comes to hot showers. In general a comfortable stay! I’ll be back again!

I only needed a cheap small room and that is what I got (very small) but nice and clean! Property next door is being developed so for a while there isa chance of noise and dust! Also the discription for this place says it's a half mile from the airport but it takes a 20 km car ride to get to it so the car ride cost me more than the 2 nights I stayed!! Food was excellant and the staff was great!!

Worth the detour.
Clean, modern, comfortable and efficient. The hot buffet breakfast was surprisingly decent, and generous. Will definitely stay again!

The first thing to remember about this property is that it's a fraction of the cost of the hotels that adjoin the airport terminals. It's not luxurious, but it is clean, the airconditioning works, it has clean, private bath facilities, and free WiFi. They also provide two bottles of water, which was a nice, unexpected addition. Getting to the hotel was challenging on the first attempt. KLIA2 Terminal has a walkway in between the ground and first floors that goes to the Tune Hotel. From there, you need to reserve a spot on the space-limited shuttle, that only runs every two hours. (They say you can pre-reserve.) The shuttle takes you right to the Tune KLIA Aeropolis hotel. You can reserve your spot on the shuttle for your departure when you check in. All hotels in Malaysia charge a separate 10 Ringgit tax on checkin. Glad I found this place, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is in the middle of nowhere it is a 15 minute shuttle ride from the airport the room is the smallest i have ever stayed in they have a shuttle bus every 2 hours to the airport but if all u need is a bed its fine
