- Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
- Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We visit KL quite often, and this was a very last minute hotel booking (on the day), therefore we had very limited choice. We booked this hotel by looking at the overall guest rating. The staff were very welcoming and always pleasant to deal with (particularly Aiman who was always there to greet you as soon as you get out of the lift or out of the restaurant, whilst this gave me anxiety because I am not so much a people person, it did feel nice to feel welcome). I had requested a room close to the lifts or exits, due to mobility restrictions, which they very kindly provided. The room was great, and plenty of amenities were provided. They aim to reduce single use plastics, therefore water was given in reusable glass bottles. HOWEVER I had one major disappointment with the room, and this was the hot water, the hot water tank is very small (and it is per room). The water runs out mid shower, therefore the 3 of us staying could not shower unless it was at least an hour apart (taking up too much of our very short stay in KL). I wasn’t used to this as our showers at home take around 30 mins, therefore I was highly disappointed. It’s hard to be mad at the hotel for this as the staff were very nice and made up for this negative point. The breakfast was fine, limited options however enough options were there to get by. They also have a doorman/security who also greet you and kindly open the door for you, which was also appreciated. Overall I liked the stay.
