The room, breakfast and atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. Around the hotel, there are many kinds of nice restaurants.

We had booked a king room and received a smoking room. The reception said they will change our room the next day but they didn’t have any non-smoking room even tho we reserved one and prepaid for it. We spent 6 days in a smoking room with a terrible smell that bothered us throughout our stay. At times we will go down to the mall across the street to spend time. The staff was very friendly but I will not be returning here next year

This is our first trip to Malaysia and after this experience this will be our last trip. This experience has definitely put me off coming back. I booked 2 rooms in March 2023 for December 2023 and requested rooms to be next to each other because we're travelling with our children. The Hotel failed to acknowledge our request and we only found out when we arrived at the hotel. We had to wait a long time at the lobby. This hotel staff is very unwelcoming. The staff at the reception offered us 2 rooms in different floors, which is not suitable having the children on another floor. Other option given was rooms in the same floor but it is smoking room. The whole floor and the room smelling like an ashtray. The deco, bathroom and staff is nothing like a 5 star hotel. Sheraton Imperial Hotel as a 5 star is misleading. Ive witnessed how staff treat (bum lick) other communities (non Asian). Maybe thats how they are. I've travelled a lot but this is the worst, worst than 1 start hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! DONT WASTE YOU MONEY AND EXPERIENCE

I love to stay this hotel due to the location. However it was disappointing during this trip. I booked a room for three (3) persons however only two (2) towels & slippers were prepared. The lever of the toilet was broken. I requested a stuff to rectify them however he didn't. Therefore I remined another stuff of these.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton for my mum's birthday - they even surprised her with a slice of cake when we ordered room service. Room service food was a bit of a letdown (the steak and lamb chops were under seasoned and quite tasteless) but breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would definitely come back for the service and comfort provided.

So so
It was a sub-par Sheraton, it did its job for our over night stay in KL before heading to our final destination. The front lobby is pretty grand, rooms are decent in the Club level but service needs improvement. From check in to food service.

Easy access to public transportation. Good shopping, restaurant and fast food options. Pool was nice, but outdoors and it was pretty hot. I could not figure out how to turn on the spa. Gym facilities were quite nice, Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of Eastern and Western foods.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The housekeeping and doorman were always friendly and attentive, and made me feel right at home. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout the night. I was also pleased to find that the room was impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that satisfied my cravings, and the location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. The management should be proud of the wonderful service they provide and the level of comfort they offer to their guests. Thank you for a truly unforgettable stay.

Just okay with no wow factor. Clean and comfortable for an old hotel. But staff and facilities ok but nothing to get excited about here. Don’t bother with a club room as the club lounge is packed and people are like a load of vultures as the small bites and drinks are free. We had to stand as no tables were available to sit down! Sheraton sort out your club lounge instead of your staff just passively standing there!! I think there are better hotels in KL so check those before booking here!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on a family holiday. The hotel is good with good room size. However, the services are quite disappointing. After we checked in, we noticed that there were no towels. We have to ask for them. They brought the towels, but didn't bring the bath mat and I have to ask for it again. Next day, they cleaned the room, but didn't fill up the soap and shampoo bottles. We have to ask for it again. Similarly, for breakfast, you have to stand in the queue for 10 to 15 minutes before being seated. You should avoid this hotel, if you can as there are plenty of options around this area and the KL city.

Good hotel, but disappointing service
We stayed there for 5 nights on a family vacation. The hotel is good with good room size. However, the services are quite disappointing. When we checked in, there were no towels in the room and I have to ask for them. They brought towels, but no bath mat and I have to ask for it again. Similarly, next day they cleared the room but didn’t fill up soap and shampoo bottles. Importantly, you have to stand in queue for 10 to 15 minutes to get seated for breakfast. Avoid this hotel if you can as there are many options around this area and in KL city.

We love the huge room size and the design of the room. Although during the stay, we found the rooms were not supplied with face towels and one of the room’s bathroom sink stopper did not work, but these are quickly resolved by the hotel.
