I make reservation for this hotel thru Expedia staff as I was not able to make online reservation for midnight stay.
The reservation was confirmed and my credit card was charged for hotel booking. Upon arrival at hotel premises at around 1.00am in the midnight, the hotel staff informed me that there is no more room available. Ask me to check in into neighbouring hotel which is not the hotel I make booking. I insist to the hotel stuff to give me a room to stay, but he asked me to go to the other hotel. As you can expect.. no room could be allocated for me.
With no other option, I walk to another hotel to ask for check in. Again I was not able to check in as I am not to produce the needed booking confirm letter.
I call to Expedia help line to get help, they try to locate another hotel for my stay. Unfortunately the stuff fail to located another hotel for more than 1 hours.
My body is so tired and my hand set battery is keeping at low battery power.
I go back to the new hotel to ask for check in again after receiving the booking confirmation letter.. which was not reaching to me earlier.
I managed to get my room key after 3.20am in the morning. Worst of my luck, the music started in the next room and was play to its highest volume. I have no choice but force myself to sleep. It was 3.30am in the midnight by this time.
I wake up on 5.30am to catch my bus back to Ipoh and the music has not been stopped till this time
How can Expedia qualified such poorly manage hotel.
