The room i get not as per i booked.i booked for 2 double bed and i get 1 double bed and single bed.The family room already given to other.Not sure how is the coordination between expedia and the hotel as the hotel inform they never received a reservation from expedia.that is why my room was given to other traveller as no reservation was made in the first place.

Surrounding area is good and convenient. Easy access to main road. Hotel just nice and comfortable. Not so big and not so small.

Got as what i booked (deluxe room with 2 queen bed) for 3d 2n. Satisfied with the service, the receptionist is very friendly. Just a room a little bit small. Overall, I enjoy stayed there with my family. Look forward to stay next time.

The front desk is not friendly, and we did not get the actual room as in the booking. Supposedly we got 2 queen bed but we only got 1 queen bad. The surrounding also a bit noisy since the hotel is just besides a main road.

So so so smelly!!
Should be my trip is 4D3N but i just stayed only for 2N because cannot stand the bad smell on my room. I don't know where the smells come but it wasn't comfortable for me and my mom. Don't trust the picture because i've got the room exactly not same with the picture. The bed was not comfortable and smelly. It is kind of really-budget-hotel. Not recommended for family to stay in here.

Nice hotel
i am satisfied with the facilities provided to us. the price is very affordable due to the location. wifi connection very tip top. shower is workable and i like it. nearest with restaurants and easy to find food. price very reasonable for those wanted to sleep for short duration. Highly recommended!!! I will come again :)

Go and stay if you like terrible hotel
The front desk was inefficient and not systematic. The staff even asked me to the hotel next door (which belongs to the same hotel but different name) to check-in. The room was smelly and the bed sheet looked dirty. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. There was no hairdryer provided and when we asked the staff, he replied "this is a budget hotel, don't expect so much". In short, this is a budget hotel, please do not expect too much.

The worst hotel stay experience
I make reservation for this hotel thru Expedia staff as I was not able to make online reservation for midnight stay. The reservation was confirmed and my credit card was charged for hotel booking. Upon arrival at hotel premises at around 1.00am in the midnight, the hotel staff informed me that there is no more room available. Ask me to check in into neighbouring hotel which is not the hotel I make booking. I insist to the hotel stuff to give me a room to stay, but he asked me to go to the other hotel. As you can expect.. no room could be allocated for me. With no other option, I walk to another hotel to ask for check in. Again I was not able to check in as I am not to produce the needed booking confirm letter. I call to Expedia help line to get help, they try to locate another hotel for my stay. Unfortunately the stuff fail to located another hotel for more than 1 hours. My body is so tired and my hand set battery is keeping at low battery power. I go back to the new hotel to ask for check in again after receiving the booking confirmation letter.. which was not reaching to me earlier. I managed to get my room key after 3.20am in the morning. Worst of my luck, the music started in the next room and was play to its highest volume. I have no choice but force myself to sleep. It was 3.30am in the midnight by this time. I wake up on 5.30am to catch my bus back to Ipoh and the music has not been stopped till this time How can Expedia qualified such poorly manage hotel.

booked double bed for family. so far all ok. stay in ground floor wifi signal-high speed many plug for charging clean room only toilet-smell not nice
