Different room and location given
Booked and paid a 2 bedroom at Peninsula Residence but over the counter they said the room is full they give us another room at 10 Semantan, not Peninsula Residence with terrible room condition. Will not come again.

ONLY for a low budget suite
Very bad. No wifi, no tv channel, no telephone, smell bad and old, so noisy with constructions nearby, very old carpet, smelly, very olddd, look so ghostly n spooky. I left 2 days earlier for another hotel. Burned my paid-2-nites stay.

Overall is good.. easy excess to anywhere using grab. Resonable price. A little disappointed with the boiling flask.

I’m sure it will be nice with renovations complete
The pictures tell about half the story. The room itself was larger than I was expecting, which was nice, but some of the windows didn’t have latches or could even close all the way, so the room had a bit of a bug problem.
The gym equipment looks nothing like the picture. No free weights. No weight plates for the machines. None of the equipment that plugs in actually works.
The elliptical machines feel like they’re falling apart if you use them. The only thing that feels safe to use is the bike.
The pool is nice, seems well taken care of.
All in all, when all the renovations are done, I’m sure it’ll be nice. But right now it’s just kind of “ok”.

Ok
Positives: comfortable, spacious, location good. Ideal for a family at reasonble cost. Negatives: Air condition not working properly in master bedroom. First night, televisions working fine, then not working properly.

Okay stay, if you're not a picky traveler.
The size of the single superior suite is big enough for 2 people to stay in. However, the bathtub is too small, cannot lie down, and a tall person may find it too cramped and uncomfortable. The bed is quite big, but the pillows are really hard and uncomfortable - neck pains throughout the nights. The lobby & reception looks old, so does the carpeted floor in front of the lift & along the hallways towards the rooms. The carpets also reek of dampness and some sort of food/smoke.

To provide more parking spaces and to improve the parking security. The parking arrow and direction are confusing. To provide lift access card to every guest because its a hassle to go to reception room and ask the staff every time we wanted to use the lift.

Far from any amenities no restaurant or food place nearby had to travel 4 km for food, cigarettes smoke all over the lobby hard to stay with family

Hotel is a bit creepy
Unfortunately the lobby is shared with a bar that keeps the door open into the lobby and it smells like a bar. The hallways to the rooms look like they are out of a horror movie. The rooms have a good design but the bathroom is in need of remodeling. The tv signal was awful, I couldn't tune in to any channel. Other than that, I slept the few hours I needed to before catching a flight.

We did not get an access card, so it's rather inconvenient as every time we need to get to our floor, we need to ask the staff to scan his card for us. The bedside lamp in our room was not working. The phone was not even connected. The glass door on the balcony cant be locked. Apart from these, overall was okay. Staffs will attend to your request.
I will start by saying that in all of the hotels I have reviewed very few I would not look forward to staying again.
As we were moving from KL we decided to stay in a two bed suite with our two sons on our last night.
We arrived already tired and parked in the basement car park. There were two lifts to the ground floor lobby/reception. There was just one staff dealing with a queue of 4 people. The delay was over 15 minutes at check in as apparently their computer system had taken bookings although fully booked. They had to find another hotel for the three in front of me. I had waited for this time trying to pacify our tired 9 month old baby and control our unsettled 3 year old.
Finally we were lucky our Expedia booking was ok. We were given a key and made our way to the lifts. One lift was not working (only going between basement and Ground) as would not go up. The second lift worked by key card but our card did not work. We missed 2 lifts until a member of the hotel was able to manually get us to our floor.
I then proceeded to get another bag from the car.
Going to basement was not a problem however when i tried to bring the bag up, it would not go above ground floor. Again I had to find a staff member to override the access. Finally I was able to enter the room and unpacked.
The bathroom was dirty (see photo) and the whole room is very dated.
Noisy room with a busy road directly outside that had traffic throughout the night. The door to the balcony could not close.
No access card since 1st day check in until check out,,worse ever parking place!!!!doing fogging at 6pm and ask the worker where to park,he told me go to the basement when their are doing fogging WTH!!!I I cannot see anything!!!some more it's was dangerous!!!! first and the last will go to this hotel ,
Had a good stay, room were fairly clean, and even though hotel is old, the service was not compromise.
A bit far away to shop as they have no food order via room service.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The staff were not helpful at all. When we asked for the hotel manager or supervisor, the staff were acting like we were asking for the President. The AC and shower head were not working. We asked to be transferred but the room they transferred us in had the same problem. Broken tiles in the bathroom too. I tripped. I almost wish I got hurt so I can sue them.
The room is spacious. However, it should have refurbished because some of the facilities are not in good conditions to use. For example, the toilet is not in good condition where the water could not be flushed. In addition, the bath tub is cracked and it is dangerous for kids who love to play in the water. Moreover, the water flow is very slow whenever we want to shower.
Everything is okay , but just don't have hair dryer and slippers. Housekeeping just come at around 5pm for cleaning a room, but that's no problem. Enjoy
The room was dusty and smells... The sofa was broken and the bed was hard.. overall our stay was just to attend a birthday function.. not suitable for comfort seekers.. Even waze can't recognize the place

The room is large and clean. Very skeleton front office. Restaurant not part of hotel, and limited menu
staff attitude bad, room dusty, feel long time no one stay before. all remote damage. ask for housekeeping but they refuse at first said no staff working this hour. End up I check out after 2 hours and book other hotel.
Location is terrible. Nothing in the vicinity. Check-in lobby is deserted. Room maintenance is horrible. Blinds, bedsheets and towels are dirty. Towels even has bad smell! Aĺl 3 TV's reception is terrible.
