It’s a good 3-Star hotel within reasonable distance of the city center…I wished there was greater variety choices at the breakfast buffet, and pits of brewed coffee in place of the machine which was always needing attention on mornings of heavy use. The immediate area around the hotel isn’t the best..but, goes with what one pays for.

The view upon reaching your floor will include both the Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Located a street away from Berjaya Times Square, there are many shopping options to choose from, although food is limited to the lower floors.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Pudu and close to LaLaPort mall . Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean, plenty of toiletries and clean towels . We always stay here when in KL

Very nice staff and reception. My room was comfortable, but my lock’s battery stopped working and had to be replaced. The hot water dispenser did not dispense hot water, and there was leakage from the floor above at reception on the ground floor.

Amazing Stay!
Amazing hotel! The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and diligent. I consider Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade one of Asia's top hotels.

We booked 2adult 1child, they provide a room with only 1 double bed... when we asked for extra bed for the child, they claimed an extra of 90RM/night!!! Why they accept the booking if the room sleep only 2!!! For the same total price including the extra bed, we may thing to look for other property!

Property was not kept to standard. Carpet had stained, sheet had black stained and the blanket had really bad odor. Spoke with staff at front desk and asked them to change the sheet and blanket several times and nothing was done. Bathroom had mildew and hair on the ground. We called to ask for ice and was told machine was broken when I saw them give ice our earlier. I stayed here in 2019 and the hotel and staff was awesome so I took my family back this time and everything was disappointing. Will never go back.

Not very impressive if to compare to other mercure hotel. Pool is deck is ordinary. Breakfast has very limited selection. Lobby is very small.

We have never stayed in this hotel due to many other 4/5 stars hotel around the area. We have booked one deluxe room on our short vacay to KL. The booking was made due to good reviews that we read from the travel websites. Our first impression of the hotel - excellent! The hotel is clean and we received great hospitality here. Staffs are helpful and most importantly, easy check in and check out. The room is great with nice bathroom and most importantly, comfortable bed! We love it! The only thing that we would like to suggest is if the hotel can consider pool hours to start as early as 8am during weekends. Other than that, it was great experience. Would recommend this hotel to others and surely will be back for more. Keep it up. Thanks!
