My only complaint is the water heater is not working well. The water for showering if not the way I’m used to

Gave the wrong room, from Standard Queen Room to Basic Queen Room. When asked for refund, staff insisted there's no refund where the basic room rate was lower than Standard Queen room. We clearly informed the room should be standard queen room when checking in but the staff insisted we booked basic Queen room. He only gave us the original room type when we showed the itinerary via phone but insisted that should be basic room in the beginning when checking in with a printed itinerary. Very dissatisfy check in experience where we agreed to compromise by just refunding where the staff was too lazy to

Cleanliness is an issue No hot water The wall has water damp spots which can cause health hazards.

Bad Service!!!
When i check in time your cashier staff was not nicely, And second day when i back to room there is cannot access. So i have to going down to let them check my card and i have to going up again. Properly will not going back again!!!
