It was okay staff were friendly, but as soon as we got to our room a cockroach ran across the floor, and we had to ask them to clean the bathroom because it looked used.. and in the morning we were woken up by loud noises of workers fixing or cleaning something?? Very frustrating.

Comfortable soft bed and cold water
The cheapest price for a comfortable bed. The location is close to the free blue and red line public bus service that is why I always stay in Chow Kit. The hotel looks old but clean and cheap. Pros: Free hot/cold water, location is close to bukit Bingtang, free public bus, good staff, the most comfortable bed. Cons: TV and AC not working, I am very happy even though the tv/ac didnt work,all I needed was the cold water and the free bus. The cheap price and soft bed is the best thing! Thank you for giving me the room with a window.

I never check-in AT ALL,as a permanent resident(PR),he is asking me to pay an additional Rm10 which is meant for a tourist. I walked out angrily,they can have my ONE NIGHT PAID ,but never that i will RECOMMEND the place.

good job for the price, not worth it
it was so amazing that i can sleep with cockroach beside me, and the wifi is so fast that it wont even load for about 30mins, the the neighborhood was so cleen that i think no one is cleaning it for a while now.

No facilities at all. No airport pick-up service although memtioned. No hair dryer. I stayed 5 nights but no cleaning, so no bottled water refill unless I asked for. 2 cockoches are found. Bedding is dirty with makes. Very noisy even at mid night with vehicles' passing by. Price is cheap but basic condition should be a must!

Room review
The air conditioning was not cold, the bedsheets has stains, there was no toilet paper. The service response was fast to deliver the toilet paper and to replace the bed sheet. Later, found out that the control knob of the air cond was not pointing at the correct function, max cold was actually fan. There are gaps between the air cond and the wall, so there's mosquitoes bite and small cockroach was noticed on the floor.

Anyone travelling on a budget will more than likely find the accommodation available at the Grand Mutiara hotel to be something of a bargain. Located within handy walking distance to shopping malls, transport and the city centre in Kuala Lumpur, there is much to like about this hotel, especially price wise if, bookings are made well in advance either online or over the phone. Service is both friendly and helpful and the accommodation itself is relatively basic but, adequate none the less. All rooms have at least one or more windows plus, private bathrooms, TV and air con. however, fridges and coffee making services are not included.

For a discount option its fine. I basically paid about $11 per night and still got a private room, private bathroom, free wifi (though glitchy), and decent location to get around from. The staff were very helpful with any issues, very nice. There were some bugs (not bedbugs, thankfully), but they didnt really bother me. I was looking for an inexpensive place to crash for a few days and thats exactly what I got. Yes, I would recommend to someone on a tight budget looking for somewhere central.

Terrible hotel
Hotel is too old and lack of cleanliness. They didn’t even clean before letting the guests lived. I found a lot of cockroaches there. I could not even stay there for any night. When I found that they fixed the problem by changing room but the new room was still worse. Then I changed the hotel.

櫃枱服務態度很不好
價格雖便宜但服務態度很不好. check-in時間要等很久,約20幾分鐘. 櫃枱人員竟找不到你在網路上已下訂的房間資料,給她看我手機上的訂房資料, 還是找了老半天說沒看到我有訂房, 太不可思議了!!!!

チェックインが12時となっていたが14時まで待たされた。14時に行くとお祈りの時間と言ってまた待たされた。部屋に入ると臭い。とにかく臭い。寝具の臭いだ。特に枕がひどい臭いである。バスルームも湿っけたカビ臭さがする。ハンガーを掛けるところが無い。チェックアウト時の午前3時半にタクシーを頼んでいたのに知らないと言う。デポジットも自分で拾ったタクシーの中で見ると1枚札がごまかされていた。札をホッチキスで留めていたのと急いでいたのでその場で確認出来なかったのである。

Boleh Dipertimbangkan Untuk Tidur Semalaman..
sesuai untuk mereka yang hanya ingin tidur semalaman.. bilik agak selesa namun kurang bersih.. ada lipas.. kawasan sekitar juga kurang selesa terutama pada waktu malam kerana tempat letak kereta yang terhad serta terletak dibelakang hotel.. tidak begitu selamat.. ramai orang yang mencurigaka & gelandangan berkeliaran di sekitar hotel pada waktu malam..

ห้องสภาพแย่ที่สุดที่เคยเจอโรงแรมมา
โรงแรมเก่าและสภาพแย่มากยิ่งกว่าสมัยสงครามโลก ห้องชั้น1เหม็นทั้งเชื้อราและบุหรี่ ผ้าเช็ดตัวคราบเน่า ไม่สามารทนใช้ได้ แก้ปัญหาสั่วๆด้วยการฉีดสเปรย์เหมือนที่คนอื่นรีวิวเลย ละก็บอกเปิดพัดลมก็หายทั้งๆที่ห้องไม่สามารถระบายอากาศได้ พัดลมก็ยิ่งทำให้กลิ่นเหม็นอบอวลในห้องนั่นแหละ เพราะกลิ่นฝังมานา ติดเตียง ผ้า เฟอรนิเจอหมดแล้ว พัดยังไงก็ไม่มีทางหาย ต้องบอกให้ลองเปลี่ยนห้อง เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นใช้การไม่ได้ ห้องชั้น3กลิ่นจางกว่าและดูผ่านการใช้งานน้อยกว่าแต่ก็ยังทำให้กลิ่นบุหรี่ติดเสื้อติดกระเป๋า ตู้เสื้อผ้าพังและยังไม่มีไม้แขวนเสื้อด้วย อย่าคาดหวังถึงห้องน้ำ แน่นอนว่าไม่มีแชมพู ถึงแม้จะสามารถเดินถึงสถานีรถไฟฟ้า แต่สายที่ผ่านก็ไม่ค่อยมีประโยชน์ สถานี putra ต้องรอรถไฟเป็นชม. วิ่งน้อยและไม่เคยตรงเวลา ยกเลิกขบวนไปถ้ำบาตูแล้วด้วย จะไปไหนก็ต้องย้อนกลับไปสถานี้sentralอยู่ดี เสียเวลา ห้องแบบนี้ไม่ควรเรียกว่า"โรงแรม" ถ้าจะดันทุรังเรียกโรงแรมก็คือโรงแรมศูนย์ดาว แถมเวบexpediaขายราคาแพงกว่าagodaเกือบเท่าตัว ถ้าจะเสี่ยงจองห้องแย่ๆนี้ไปจองอะโกด้าถูกกว่า แต่เตือนไว้เลยว่าห้องเลวร้ายมาก ถูกแค่ไหนก็ไม่คุ้ม ก่อนจองดันไม่ได้อ่านรีวิวที่คนอื่นเตือนไว้ เลยพลาดจองไปเพราะเห็นรูปดูโอเค ของจริงเก่ากว่ารูปโปรโมทในเวบมาก มันเหมือนเอาห้องแถวเก่าๆมาขายโดยตั้งชื่อว่าโรงแรม ถ้ายังไม่กดจอง แนะนำว่าอย่า ถ้าหลวมตัวกดจองไปแล้ว หาที่อื่นจองเตรียมไว้เลย เห็นสภาพห้องแล้วจะได้ย้ายทัน จากประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า expedia ไม่ได้สนใจคัดกรองคุณภาพของรร. สักแต่จะขาย อันตรายมาก จะไว้ใจเวบนี้ได้ยังไงว่าต่อไปจะไม่เจอรร.แบบนี้อีก ในเมื่อ expedia ปล่อยให้มีรร.แบบนี้หราในหน้าเวบตัวเอง มีอีกกี่ที่ก็ไม่รู้ที่เป็นแบบนี้

Ne pas prendre de chambre (la 308 surtout) au dernier étage sinon vous ne fermerez pas l'oeil de la nuit. On entend une moto pompe sur le toit,à chaque fois que quelqu'un utilise de l'eau dans sa chambre. Plutôt calme car la chambre donne sur le patio et si des gens parlent toute la nuit,bon courage pour dormir . Chambre relativement grande pour Kuala Lumpur. Literie de bonne qualité.
